Danielle J. was absolutely amazing and truly made our night so special. We had a pretty large group celebrating a birthday, which I know isn’t always easy, but she handled everything like a pro. She was calm, organized, and somehow managed to make each of us feel taken care of the entire time.
What really stood out was her attitude, she was so warm, upbeat, and genuinely kind. You could tell she cared about making the celebration feel special, not just getting through a big table. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced service that thoughtful and seamless.
Danielle is a total standout, and she played such a big part in making the birthday unforgettable. We’re so grateful for her!

I placed an order on 2/18/26 for a family meal (Ultimate Feast) and Stuff Mushrooms for delivery which, half of my order was missing including mushrooms. I spoke with the manager on duty (Jamie) who was pleasant and issued me a full refund on the order. I followed up on 2/20/26 and spoke with a male manager who advised the refund would be issued in 2-3 business days. On 2/21/26 I followed up again and spoke with Ashley that stated it takes 5-7 business days. Fast forward to today 2/27/26 I reached back out and spoke with the manager Ashley who was extremely rude. When inquiring about the status of the refund she acted as if she couldn’t pull the information and stated she will call back. She didn’t even ask what day order was placed etc. Pretty much rushing me off the phone and had an attitude. Totally unacceptable. I work hard for my family and my food coming incomplete after I paid $192.00 was a major inconvenience that day. I understand things happen, but customer service is key. And the manager Ashley was terrible! I reached to corporate regarding the inconsistencies of information being giving and to get a “TRUE” follow-up on refund status.

Was craving cheddar biscuits, so I ended up here for the biscuits! This salmon salad was exquisite in every way. Excellent choice if you want a good salad. Drinks were tasty, the server was great, and I know now that I prefer the crab dip over the lobster dip. Danielle, thank you for your attentive service!
