Order boneless wings and fries. And when I got them the chicken was hard, dry and bland. Seems they reheated the wings. My fries cold and zero flavor. My waitress offered to make another order I refused to get one since they already messed up. No faith in this location anymore. No manager ever came to ask why I turned my food back in. Stay away from this location.

Had a great experience at Hooters! Our bartender, Ali, was fantastic — she greeted us right away, made excellent drinks, and really went above and beyond. The food was awesome, and the service was well above what we’ve received at other restaurants in the area. It made for a really nice Wednesday night out. We’ll definitely be back to see Ali again!

This is actually one of the better Hooters I’ve been to in a while. The food was cooked the old-school way—which I really appreciate. None of that new, watered-down version; it was just how it used to be, and that alone made it worth the visit.
The only downside was the service. While the food came out fast, our waitress seemed to ignore us at times. It got a bit frustrating, and it almost felt like we weren’t a priority. Not sure if she was overwhelmed or just disinterested, but it definitely took away from the experience a bit.
Didn’t see a manager checking in on tables either, which might explain the lack of follow-up from the staff.

Not what they used to be. I do pick up orders from here every few months and each time I’m more and more disappointed. I ordered wings this time (as always)..they used to always include 1 ranch, today they didn’t and I had to pay $1.70 for a tiny container. Last time the wings didn’t taste great like they used to. And I can always tell the girls at take out deal with a lot of issues!!! They’re sweet but just over it. Today like every person had and issues. Unfortunately might be the last time I come here for my wings. Hate leaving bad reviews..sorry Hooters.

I took a friend to Hooters on Wednesday 1/14 and had the WORST service ever. I am embarrassed that I took her here, it was her first time ever going to a Hooters. From the time we walked in, Jada, our waitress, did not smile, did not communicate effectively, and was worried about everything else except customer service. When she sat us she- clicked her nails on the table we were suppose to sit out and then left. That was her introduction to us? She returned asking what we wanted, I asked her about the specials and instead of communicating them to us, she rudely pointed at the menu while looking around the restaurant and no eye contact. Our food was brough out by another waitress and 10 minutes later- again with no eye contact she asked how we were. My food was good, however, the sauce on my friend’s wings was terrible- she said. I live right down the road from this location and WILL NEVER EVER go here again. Your location MUST work on customer service skills and making people feel welcomed. Shame on you for allowing this, Manager!

My husband has been a loyal Hooters customer for years, but unfortunately, the service and portion sizes for takeout orders have declined over time while prices have gone up. It honestly feels like takeout customers get the smallest wings available. Since he doesn’t have time to dine in and always orders to go, I think this was the last straw.

I had Julia as a server and she was a wonderful server to have. She delivered quick service, did a great job at checking on our table, and was very patient with our chaotic table. I will definitely be back at hooters and hope to get Julia as our server again!
