They dont know the difference between a CHICKEN Kahuna and Steak Kahuna. If i order chicken that means i want chicken not steak. After so many orders like this i had to ask myself why bother wasting money anymore.
Look at these photos, you gonna tell me this is CHICKEN??
Stop it.

We ordered and there was a little confusion and when my wife questioned it the man behind the counter said that’s crap.. I asked and that’s what you said. Even though we may have been misunderstood the attitude of the employee was uncalled for. The sandwich I received was the wrong order but was very good. Tables were not clean.

First off I used to be a very Avid supporter for Jersey Mike’s. I know that sounds stupid but in an economy where everybody else was skimping on their portions this place was not. That’s something I could definitely get behind. Today, however , was an experience that will leave a poor taste in my mouth for a long time. I hadn’t been to this location in about a month and decided to treat myself. I went in and ordered my normal the club substitute ham for salami. I was then informed that I was going to have to be charged for “”extra meat”” because I wanted salami instead of ham…….. Now I wasn’t getting ham and salami, I just wanted salami instead of ham. Almost every single other place I’ve been to has never charged me for that cousins, nice, subway etc.. I said okay whatever they proceeded to make my sandwich and gave me the most scant amount of meat I have ever seen on a sandwich and I’m even comparing that to subway. What a disappointment not only did I get charged for extra meat that I didn’t even physically get, I only got a sneeze worth of turkey and salami. To make the sandwich even doable I had to go to the store and get my own turkey. I really spoke highly of Jersey Mike’s because of their decent portions but now I definitely feel like I have pie in my face. 22.00 for no extra meat, nothing like being price gouged and disappointed. You have completely and utterly lost a customer!!!

This is a great place. Before I even get started about the food. The staff is amazing. Very knowledgeable. This was my first time ever here. Everything is so fresh and tasty. Prices are fair especially with the quality of food. They have a slicer and slice all meat and cheese as needed. Smells great in here. I would recommend to all my friends and family or strangers. I use to be a cousin subs kinda guy. But not any more. I’m a jersey Mike’s kinda a guy now.

first time trying this place. usually go to cousins subs. The mgr. was nice, approachable, and welcoming. The young lady that put the toppings on my sub seemed to have an attitude that I asked for extra cheese. Then she placed my made sandwich on the counter with NO paper under it. When I asked the young man (cashier) if that was how its usually done ( placing the sandwich on a bare counter), he said no. I will just stick with cousins subs. first impressions are so important. #01-000972-01-413530

Big Kahuna Cheeses Steak: Jersey Mike’s was founded back in 1956 as a family run storefront. The original location was on the scenic Jersey Shore. Jumping to 1975, a 17-year-old employee named Peter purchased the shop with a loan from his football coach (also a local banker). Since then, Peter has expanded to more than 2,800 locations and is still the CEO. Long story short, I almost always go with a cheese steak whenever I go to a sub shop. Jersey Mike’s offers a few different cheese steak options, but I went with the Big Kahuna. The term comes from the Hawaiian word kahuna, which means “priest” or “healer”. Big Kahuna is typically used today as an informal idiom that refers to the most important thing or person in a group, like the boss (or in this case, boss of the subs). The Big Kahuna sub comes with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos, and extra white American cheese. Jalapenos are a love it or hate it topping. I side with the haters, so I ordered my sub without them. My sub had some weight to it and was also bursting with the amount of filing. The savory slices of steak, heaps of peppers/onions, and mound of melty white American cheese dominated the sandwich with the mushrooms being much less prevalent. I’m a true Wisconsinite in the sense that I can never have enough cheese and add it to many of the foods I eat. That being said, I was satisfied with the amount of cheese on this delicious sub. The miniscule amount of mushrooms aside, the Big Kahuna is Doughboy approved.

I did a mobile order for pick up and when I arrived home to eat the sub, it did not have any toppings on it. I understand it was around lunch time and it could have been busy, but it’s clearly labeled on the receipt and the other subs on the order were made correctly. I was very hungry and was disappointed 🙁

Paying $23 for a sandwich feels almost criminal. The staff was friendly enough but I wish they told me there was a $4 up charge for bacon. Ive eaten at Jersey Mikes plenty of times and don’t remember ever being charged extra for bacon. The sandwich was decent.

Placed 2 online orders for pick up and upon getting home with them realized that both orders were made wrong. What’s the point to customizing the orders to be made a certain way IE:heavy mayo, extra tomato, pickles and banana peppers on side and not do anything the customer asks for. Barely any mayo on the subs and no pickles or banana peppers in the bags. Careful ordering online cause you may not get what you ask for.

Did not put the bacon on the sandwich and it was not that good without it (I doubt the bacon could have saved it. I saw the guy make it and did not put it on at the end, I just assumed it was with the rest of the meat under the lettuce. This place is usually pretty good and I will most likely come her again, I just definitely will not order the number 9 sandwich that isn’t very good and doesn’t come with the bacon I paid for
