I came to location due to Dominoes across the street stating as a walk in that there not taking any more orders per management request which I believed to be odd; either way I left with a smile on my face and went to Pizza Hut across the street where I had been welcomed and greeted kindly by a gentleman by the name of Kendal! He was able to not only provide me a variety of options based on what I specified that I had been looking for as well as give me a bit on insight on the town itself which is much appreciated! The courtesy alone is more than enough for me to continue to do business with them in the near future. Thank you guys as a team who so kindly assisted me in a moment of confusion and just wanting to place an order!

Usually this is the best pizza place in town, but recently it’s gotten awful. The crust has been so thin and dry it’s like sand paper. Cardboard is more edible! Very skimpy on toppings, also some areas on the pizza almost entirely lack cheese and sauce.

The pizza was burnt, I couldn’t find the cheese and hardly no meat for a meat lovers pizza. On the Supreme it was worse no meat, covered with onions and bell peppers. Just unexpectedly horrible and dry.

The salad bar is back!!! However it lacks bacon bits and ham! Luckily the lettuce is fresh.
They didn’t have real dining wear so we ate off of paper plates and plastic forks. The paper cups were very small. Either bring a pitcher or sit close to the fountain machine.
The floor was very sticky, like they mopped it with Mountain Dew.
12 chicken wings will set you back about $20! They were good, but not worth that.

They brought back the salad bar. It was missing bacon bits and ham, but the lettuce was fresh and overall it was good. We got the meat lovers pizza and it was fresh and tasted good as well. The staff was also friendly!

I recently visited Pizza Hut in Magnolia. They are under new management. The restaurant is clean and tidy and the customer service is great. Be sure to stop in and meet the new manager and order a delicious pizza!

I usually have an excellent experience with Pizza Hut in Magnolia. Showed up today and had to pull around because the oil for the chicken wings needed to be changed. 45 minutes later I received my food but not everything I ordered and of course by that time, the pizza was soggy from sitting in the hot bag. Guess I’ll switch over to Dominoes for a bit to avoid spending 45 minutes for sub par on what was supposed to be a quick pick up.

I don’t understand why the pizzas are so undercooked now. It is sad when you spend all this money on a pizza and have it delivered for it to be undercooked and not even edible. Then they refuse to fix it unless you bring the pizza back to them yourself. We had it delivered for a reason. So now we have lost money and are stuck with a pizza that will just go in the garbage. They don’t care about their customers that is for sure.

This place is awful. I ordered two pizzas one supreme with bell peppers on half and the second was a meat lovers. I got home and had one with half supreme the other half had jalapeño the second pizza was cheese only. Spent a half hour on hold and no one even answered the phone. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! And it cost me $53. Only 2 pizzas. Ridiculous

10/30/22 Unfortunately I will not order from them again. I have ordered twice in the last week and both times I waited and waited only to not be able to get my pizza. I have waited 2 hours and have heard nothing about my order at all. When trying to call the store it gets sent to a call center. Where someone rudely said we may as well order from somewhere else. So I am officially done with Pizza Hut they obviously dont care…
