Spicy chicken sandwich was ono (delicious). I did dip it in the honey mustard sauce. You don’t need the sauce it’s good all on it’s own. The mac & cheese was (da bomb) huge explosion in da mouth. Warms your tummy. Waffle fries and sweet tea. Customer service was excellent staff brought our food to us, one of the manager she looked like a manager she asked if everything is ok, if we needed anything, she even refilled our drinks. That was awesome. I wish I got her name. Plenty of parking, inside and drive thru was busy. Well staffed. Must be because Customer service is excellent. Tables had flowers very nice, had booths, High tables with 4 chairs. Inside play area for children. Great for my granddaughter. Little sitting area to take off your shoes, shoe cubby. I didn’t use the restroom. You can pre-order on your phone. We didn’t get up for anything. Just enjoyed our meals. Aloha and Mahalo nui loa ( Thank you so much) to the whole staff at Chick-fil-A. I really enjoyed my experience ☺️.

I hate to have to make this review but something needs to be done.
I have recently moved to Winter Haven within the year. I dont like eating fast food but when I do, Chickfila is my go to. The food & service is always top tier at every establishment ive been to.
Unfortunately, this chickfila, here in Winter Haven has had my order wrong 5 times in the past year.
It is so frustrating to get home & notice your main meal (chicken sandwich) is missing.
The managers are kind and always willing to provide another sandwich but I would much rather just get what I ordered and be able to enjoy it.
There has to be something done about this.. I cant be the only one. I know people make mistakes and I fully understand but this is super frustrating.
I encourage every single person who is getting take out, to thoroughly check your bag to make sure you have all your food.
This location would get 5 stars on everything if they could just put what I ordered in the bag.

i fear this chick-fil-a may have ruined all other chick-fil-a’s for me. walked in “just to eat” and left like i’d completed a side quest and gained +10 happiness.
first of all, Alexa at the counter?? actual MVP. presidential level customer service. she was so nice i almost apologized for ordering food. answered questions, smiled the whole time, and made me feel like i was ordering at a michelin-star restaurant instead of a fast food place. give her a raise. immediately. double it.
the food came out so fast i didn’t even finish blinking. fries crispy. chicken perfect. everything hot, fresh, and suspiciously well made. like… who back there is locked in like this???
this place is running like a government facility but in a good way. no chaos. no confusion. just straight vibes and elite chicken execution.
can’t wait to come back and do it all over again. this place is peak chick-fil-a energy, and honestly, i’m here for it every time.

Rude employees with no manners, order was incomplete as usual lately. No apology when we had to return to pick up items that were not in the bag. Zaxby’s kfc or popeyes or loves chicken here we come.

Andres did an amazing job taking my order! From the moment I pulled up, he was super friendly, polite, and really on top of things. He made sure to double-check everything, got my order 100% correct, and kept a great attitude the whole time. You can tell he actually cares about giving good service, which honestly makes a big difference. Everything came out fast, fresh, and exactly how I asked for it. He definitely made the visit a great one!

Fast service even with the line wrapped around the building–I went inside because of this. The only issue was the Styrofoam cup and a hole that leaked my soft drink. Nevertheless, they honored the defect and got me a new drink.

Always a good meal when eating at a Chick-Fil-A. Consistent throughout all their restaurants. Outstanding! The prices match the quality of their food. Delicious! Service is always awesome. Lot’s of free parking and usually busy. Kids really enjoyed playing in the indoor playground. Thank you for providing this feature, especially in Florida’s heat.

You can never go wrong with Chicfila! They get you through the drive thru line in record time and especially if you order on the mobile app! It’s our favorite fast food! I’m a salad girl and their Market fresh is the best. I tried the pineapple dragonfruit lemonade this trip and it was so refreshing!

I know Saturday is a busy day, but the drive through was insane. I always order ahead on the app, so it would be nice if there could be a way for people who have already ordered and paid, to be able to get their food in a more timely manner.

Came in to pick up an order a manger there by the name John (with a red shirt ) didn’t acknowledge me/kept not acknowledging me and started doing other stuff so that he wouldn’t have to talk to me. Also, the ladies in the drive-through was horse playing and taking pictures on their phone not willing to help me as well do better with your customer service !!!!!!
