Restaurant was clean and the employees very friendly. The chicken wrap with avocado sauce, fries and ice tea were as good as any Chick-fil-A….and service was great. The drive thru was packed and seemed to be very organized

Everytime i order here they get my order wrong. Today tops it. milkshake with no straw, orderd a large fries and got a small fries, sandwich came with no pickels. what exactly do i have to do to get the order i paid for correct. sit there and check the sandwich open it up and everything.
Maybe improve by not pushing people through drive through, take your time to get orders correct instead of fast. If i wanted speed i would have went elsewhere i expect to have a good experience and that means getting the order correct. meaning the number of sauces is correct, the fries size is correct, if i ordered a milkshake idk maybe give me a straw.

This location has gone completely to crap. Not only did I find this piece of hair but there was only one person walking back and forth taking orders outside for two lines. When I got to the front to get my food, there was like 10 ppl standing around doing nothing. I even saw a lady that appeared to be a manager hunched over the prep table just chilling (possibly on her phone). This is a very poor representation of Chick Fl A and I will not be visiting this location despite it being the closest one to my home which is very saddening!

As good as you can get for fast food. Great business model. My only complaint is they refuse to serve crispy fries, every time I ask. Use to be a service provided. Now, not so much. I guess it’s a little too customization

I’m literally addicted to this food I just hate legit everytime I order here it could literally just be a biscuit you’re pulled over like is it a drive through ??? And not only that if they took less time pushing the orders through the drive thru and actually gave the experience it’s supposed to give they probably wouldn’t have to pull every order

Very upset!!! I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe meal with a lemonade, a strawberry shake and a Cobb salad. Everything was okay until I checked my bag. Fries missing from a COMBO. I told the guy in the drive thru my fries is missing his name is Ardane. He asked me what fries, clearly from my combo that i ordered that I clearly stated as I was asking. He gave me medium fries I left. I get all the way home just to have a vanilla shake smh I go all the way back up there!! Just for him to argue with me that I had a strawberry shake the first time. Which was a lie!!! I didn’t have a strawberry shake if I did why come all the way up there just to have them fix it with the shake that was supposed to be strawberry. Then they bring the new shake and it’s VANILLA!!!! like you know what just give me a refund!! I’m so disappointed I love chick fila and I come to chick fila often it’s very sad that things are so different now!!! Like is it new management? What’s going on!!! Now I see why I don’t go to northlake chick fila gotta be the worse one!!

This is our go to for fast food. It’s fast, reasonably priced and very tasteful. I prefer inside dining because the drive thru line is always busy.
The staff is super friendly. The food is always hot and fresh.

Depends on the staff that is working, I’ve had attentive employees (i.e. Sienna) help me most of the time, however there are times, I’m starring at my pickup order waiting to be greeted while 5 employees chit-chat.

I am utterly and tastefully dissatisfied with my breakfast that I received from Northlake Chick-fil-A this morning. This is partially the reason why I don’t like to go to this specific Chick-fil-A: their service. The service is poor. I was at this Chick-fil-A twice in the last 30 days, and the very first time I came, they forgot to give me a fork; instead, they gave me a straw for the bowl that I ordered for breakfast that morning. I came back today and ordered the same exact thing. Needless to say, they gave me a fork, but they did not give me the correct portion size for the breakfast item that I purchased. First, it is supposed to be a layer of hashbrowns at the very bottom, then there is supposed to be a layer of eggs in the middle, and then there is supposed to be a full-size sliced-up spicy fillet on top. My bowl did not reflect that; my bowl reflected that half of each portion size was in the bowl. There’s no reason why I should be paying $8.59 for half of the regular portion size of the bowl. It is not fair to the consumer. What happened to my pleasure and the high quality of food service being delivered to every single customer? I felt like I was robbed of this service and this quality. I will no longer be returning to the Northlake Chick-fil-A simply for this reason. I am completely dissatisfied with the service, and none of my servers said “my pleasure” to me. I’m completely outraged.
