Excellent place to watch homeless dig through the trash and shower in the soda fountain while the staff stand around doing nothing. Oh and don’t try to buy a panda crafted beverage for the price on the menu, because they’ll tell you it’s “wrong” and charge you $3.40 instead of $2.90

So I’ve had a negative experience two times in a row now, hence review. First time both fried rice and noodles were burnt, and so was the Beijing beef. That’s over 50% of my food. Figured it was a new chef. Now second time but this time I ordered food for me and family, yet portions felt small, paid $1.50 extra for shrimp yet got 4 and 5 pieces (requested 2 servings). The extra two show again eggplant low and mushroom chicken low. I should have opened and checked the order before leaving but they said these were fresh so I waited on the side while the plates got put together. I’m not going to drive back to complain but I’ll definitely be keeping a closer eye on portions if I decide to come again in the future. It’s a shame, love Chinese food and this Panda is close to my work.

Panda Express ..
I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. The portions served were extremely small, and rather than providing an appropriate amount, the employee spread the food to make it appear larger. When we politely inquired about the portion size, the employee responded with a rude and dismissive attitude. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as customer service and consistency are important to maintaining trust with customers.

I’m really disappointed with the quality of the food at Panda Express lately. The chow mein, in particular, has gone downhill, it’s undercooked, dry, chewy, and completely lacking flavor. The Kung Pao Chicken was overly salty, and the Orange Chicken seemed undercooked. It feels like the authenticity and care in preparation just aren’t there anymore. I truly hope they consider bringing back skilled cooks who can bring real Chinese flavor back to the menu.

This location has gone downhill in the past 6 months. I brought my son in at 10:15am and the healthy entrees are empty and employees are all sitting down eating in the lobby. What the heck, how can you be out of food so early after just opening.

Had to wait for the honey walnut shrimp, but I didn’t mind. I’m paying for it so waiting it’s never going to be an issue. The service was great, that’s why I come all the way out here to the one in Richmond, then I go back home to Berkeley. Yikes!!! #shady ❤️
Panda hacks: bring your own water bottle, metal if you wanna keep your agua cool,) also I was given extra sauce yay
Oh and I gotta plastic bag that I will reuse at home. Love today man. Thank you God for being alive. And I can afford to buy myself a meal. Children of the world with common sense, please save up money. Next review I will test a theory: is this locations food and customer service consistent? We will test next review.

Excellent customer service everywhere is a clean bathroom available for the public and is very clean. Our tables are immaculate. The food was eterrific, and the fresh price was reasonable. That’s one of the best Hondas I have ever seen. It would help if you tried this branch.

I did an online pickup order and got the tofu and eggplant dish. There was absolutely no tofu in my plate which was so disappointing. The food really is lacking here so it’s gonna be my first and last time at Panda Express

Service was good but the food was terrible. I should’ve returned my food. No seasoning on the rice whatsoever. The teriyaki chicken was luke warm. This is the second Panda Express I’ve gone to that gave me a small portion of food. The price goes up but the portions get smaller. Make it make sense.
