Hello Sweetness on Cross Creek Blvd is my new favorite ice cream spot! The flavors here are out of this world – my kids got cotton candy cones that they absolutely loved, and I treated myself to their Dubai Chocolate Kunga Bar… wow, it was amazing! Rich, unique, and definitely something you won’t find anywhere else in Tampa.
The shop is super clean, has plenty of parking, and the staff is really friendly. I also love that they have vegan options like oat milk and non-dairy ice cream, so there’s something for everyone.
If you’re looking for the best ice cream in New Tampa / Cross Creek area, this is the place to go. Perfect for families, date nights, or just treating yourself. Highly recommend checking them out!

The food here was amazing. My friends got gelatos and I got a lotus dream waffle it was heavenly. The girl working her shift was super nice and friendly, she took some very adorable polaroids of us. The shop was so nice and cute I would definitely go here again.

My mom saw a video on Facebook of this place and it looked too good to not try. Cute spot, they have a photo wall of past customers, as well as a flower wall for a photo op- There’s a good amount of seating inside as well. I wish I tried one of their drinks but we only purchased desserts this time.
The bubble waffle was a fan favorite of our group. We got a S’mores crepe, a Brownie bubble waffle and apple pie one. Honestly, everything was super good but they were all warm except for the apple pie.. which was so unfortunate because that would have gotten this spot a 5/5. Not sure if it was supposed to be warm, they’re missing out not makin it warm!!

I really liked the interior of the place. Yesterday I tried their pistachios gelato but for some reason it gave me a bitter kind if taste and it wasn’t worth the money i.e., 9.99$ for a small gelato.

This place is so cute. We kind of stumbled upon it and noticed their sweetness sign. We had no power due to the hurricane and they happened to be open. I came in with a large crowd of people earlier than when they were listed to open and they were so friendly. They invited us in and served us so well. The atmosphere is clean and trendy. It smells good too. I highly suggest checking this place out if you’re close.
Also, they have a great spread of choices to eat. From Gelato, crepes, coffee, and other desserts. This is the place to come for a sweet treat.
