I was very disappointed in my order yesterday. I ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. Instead, I received an inedible pizza without extra cheese, after patiently waiting. This was so discouraging for me because I’ve never received an order this poorly from this location before. It’s as if it was already made for another customer that didn’t pick it up & had been sitting in the warmer too long. For the amount that I paid ordering through the website, I feel any customer would be in agreement. The pepperoni’s are proof, that pizza wasn’t freshly made. Even the crust was bad. I ended up getting food elsewhere.

My husband and I were in town visiting a friend. Stopped in during LUNCH at 12:15pm. Hostess told us to sit wherever we wanted, so we did. Manager was sitting in a booth doing paperwork. We sat at our table for over 15 minutes without anyone coming to our table to take our order or get us drinks. We walked out and walked next door to popeyes. We will not be going back due to lack of service. There were only two other tables in the restaurant that had people sitting and they already had their food. Not sure why we were not waited on. But, it was the middle of lunch and the place was practically empty. That is saying something.

This place Did not meet expectations . We have had Pizza Hut in Alexandria a few times and have enjoyed it very much. This Pizza Hut needs to be updated. The inside is like having a few tables in the garage. The pizza was pretty disappointing. The Pizzone wasn’t cooked completely. There was still unmelted cheese inside. I ended up putting it in the oven when I got home. The stuffed cheese knots weren’t stuffed at all. There was barely any cheese in them. The guy working the counter was polite and helpful.

Visiting from out of town this week, and we had a craving for a good pizza today. We stopped by Pizza Hut to give our kids the old school Pizza Hut experience. Our server, Jasmine, was friendly and attentive. Our food came out promptly, piping hot, and loaded with our toppings. We enjoyed our meal! Just bring back the old jukebox!
