Lady who took our order at counter was nice, only problem we had is my husband said there was way too much pepper in your gravy. Who ever reads this your corporate office on making this gravy needs to tone down the pepper in your gravy way to much pepper. He couldn’t finish his gravy and biscuits because of too much pepper. Other than that everything was great. Like there ice cream. Chicken fingers good. Good friendly service.

We went here on January 14th 2026 around 6:30pm and the lady at the window was so rude. She was rude taking our order, rude giving us our order, and when we checked our order and it we were not given what we had ordered she was rude about that. After fixing the order which she did she stepped back away from the window and started laughing with 2 other women working there, im assuming about how she had just treated us. Ive never had a problem before and I had even left a good review for this place before that I deleted. It use to be a nice place to go and the food is still good but the workers are not good workers.

I didn’t get her name but the African American lady who was working the register, probably around 4pm today, 12-16-25, was super friendly and helpful. This is the best service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I had never eaten at a Jack’s before. She went through the different options with me pretty thorough. The store was also very clean.

The biggest part of customer service, is listening! My order is always the same, #3 with no ketchup add extra pickles, make it large with an Arnold Palmer. I’m very consistent, as these folks are at getting it wrong every damn time! It’s bullshit!!!
