Our server was great and super friendly, but there were multiple mistake that were made. For instance I ordered the Toowoomba topping and didn’t get it on my steak, and when we were offered extra bread we never got it. However, my steak was cooked perfectly and I loved the chilli!

Terrible bartender. It took her 30 minutes to make the first $8 drink she advertised when we sat down at the bar. She was reminded once, then came back, without the drink, to take the food order. My girlfriend wanted a slide salad “a la carte” which the bartender refused to accept as an order three times, only after I had given her my order she was willing to accept it. Another question about the drink… Then the salads came…. Still no drink…. Then I had finished my 25 oz Foster… we had finished half of our salads, when the first mixed drink finally came. Unbelievable! This level of unprofessional behavior mixed with an attitude made us finish our meals and walk over to the Japanese place that actually has a staff that can handle orders at a bar.

First time at Outback steak house. The food was delicious. I’d say the shrimp was a little over cooked but the seasonings were amazing! The broccoli melted in my mouth and the asparagus was juicy and good. I think the strawberry lemonade could have been a little sweeter

Every time I have come to this location I’ve had issues- weak drinks, food taking forever or a waiter that barely checks on me, this time was my last straw. I was understanding when my burger came out wrong (apparently it wasn’t put it the ticket correctly), understanding when I waited forever for another drink that wasn’t the right color (twice) but done when I waited about 30 mins for my desert to come out (to go) which came out on a regular plate and had to be corrected…this isn’t the first time I’ve left here in a bad mood when I came in happy.

I went to Outback with my whole family, and overall, it was a great experience. We ordered five meals — three steaks, one burger, and one chicken strip plate for my kid. Everything came out hot, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. The steaks were especially flavorful if a bit tough.
The only disappointments were the mashed potatoes, which were dry and the asparagus which had the woody ends.
Our server, Aurieon, was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable. She thoroughly explained the billing process and made sure we had and understood the itemized bill. She even took the time to bring my kid to various treasure chests full of special toys, which made the visit extra special.
Aside from the potatoes, everything else was delicious and the service was top-notch. We’ll definitely be back — hopefully next time with creamier mashed potatoes!

This Outback has different prices than any other Outback, they only have broccoli seasonally, you don’t get free refills if you add flavor to your unsweetened tea. Absolutely horrible service compared to other Outback’s and I have been to this restaurant chain all over the country. Won’t ever come back.

Went here to celebrate my birthday on Wednesday night. Party of 6. Arrived at 5pm. Service was slow, and food subpar. Two of us got cold mashed potatoes, and the same with my lobster tails. Shrimp was missing from a steak order. Overbilled for an extra steak we didn’t order. Whole experience took almost 2 hours. Way too long. Table next to us had to send back several steaks because they weren’t cooked correctly. Won’t be visiting again.

The food always taste great! They make sure to follow your instructions for how you want your steaks and burgers to as in if you ask for medium rare they will actually cook it to medium rare. Great service from our waiter. Love the free bread and butter

I had the pleasure going to this location after a colleague sent me a gift card. We had a nice time with the fellow patrons and our bartender Treasure was indeed that a treasure. We had been watching a WNBA game and she changed the channel on the big screen so we could watch it comfortably. We tried some of the new specials on the menu and were pleasantly surprised. The best part was the sea salted cookie desert. I might just go back for that!!!!
