Food was not too bad. Got the puzzles spicy pasta with maximum spice level. The pasta was cooked great and I put beef in it. The sauce was creamy and very flavorful. Definitely a must try dish. The raw beef laab was surprisingly good too. We had the choice to not have bitters in it and that was great. The mango boba tea was delicious too but it was very frozen. The boba pearls were frozen too and made it hard to eat. Food took quite awhile to receive for a slow day. Took about 40 minutes to get the pasta dish and raw laab. But it was very enjoyable though. I would recommend to give this place a try. I’ll probably be back once in awhile to try other things on the menu.

Another great selection of food to choose from near the Eastside. The atmosphere is great and the available private rooms makes it even better. Or waitress Tory was phenomenal and very attentive. Would go back and revisit again. Support your local shops!!

We came three weeks ago to try their food cause they had a “happy hour.” Lol it was NOT a happy hour. Their food portions are so SMALL and not even that like yalls just took $2 off but served me a kids bowl pho and kapoon for “happy Hour?” It was kinda sad and good thing my SO and I ordered other things to try we got the chicken wings laab style this was sad. It’s as if the cooker or whoever does the food NEEDS to RELY on the laab seasoning. Lol laab chicken wings should also have more veggies on them cause that is what laab has in it right? Yeah seemed a bit greedy with little to none. The papaya salad was meh, has a kick but wasn’t as flavorful as other places for example Cups and Cheers. Pork belly was over cooked and so small lol the portion was sad it wasn’t even cripsy and came on a SMALL plate. The kapoon was meh, didnt have much flavor the condiments seemed to just water it down and just a not yummy. The only thing yummy was the sticky rice. Oh and the waitress was like no where to be found. My SO was waiting on a water refill, lol she didn’t even come out until it was time to pay for the bill then she asked if we wanted more water causing her to go back and forth. Wouls i go back? Not for the food. Go to Cups and Cheers or elsewhere yalls. This aint it fo yo moolah

We entered the establishment and no one came to seat us, we had to ask for help from the security guard.
Ordered the $5 special pho and papaya for dine in.
Requested that my papaya come without carrots and the papaya was served with carrots, very disappointing.
The pho broth was decent, not sure if the actual size pho will be any different.

This place is so good, I would actually feed this to my dog. I would rather come here than be hungry. If you seriously think about coming here please do. This place is so good. I ordered barbecue sauce on the side and they gave me a bunch of sauce. I love how they have barbecue sauce at their restaurant. They don’t gatekeep the barbecue sauce or the beer. They gave me free beer when it was my first time coming. I love this place!

The experience was great didn’t have to wait long for the food and the staff was very nice to me and patient. The food is not a 10/10 but it was good about a 9/10 and I will go again and recommend anyone will go there too. The drink tastes like drinks sm nothing special about it the atmosphere was good like the Poster around the building and feels nice to be in. And I love family business because it’s nice to see them work together and have fun and why not support them because you never know if there good food in there. Overall everything was great I love it and nothing bad to say.

This isn’t meant to criticize, but rather to share my experience during the event. On 11/17, Puzzle hosted its first major event with Saibaidee Fest, and I appreciated that it was free. However, when my group and I arrived, we wanted to buy a case of beer or a bottle of liquor, only to be told we could buy only a single bottle of beer. Interestingly, we saw others with a case of beer at their tables but were still denied. It seems Puzzle has been unfair, favoring friends and family, making exceptions for them. I don’t understand how, as we supported your business, the way you treated us reflects poorly on your values. While waiting for two hours to meet Pap Beat and his crew, I noticed that they were already allowing friends and family to do their meet and greet without waiting. This was unfair to the rest of us. I understand it’s a free event, and I genuinely appreciate the opening of your venue, but I feel some of us were mistreated. I hope this doesn’t happen again. Please improve next time you host an event, and when we come to support you, allow us in and do not turn us away.

We booked a room last minute and they were able to get us in. Food and drinks came fast. Service was fast. We just didn’t get a receipt but I’ll ask for one next time.

Horrible. I ordered my food and waited 45 min for it, went to check with the worker and she said its in process. 15 min later, i go ask again and she said she already brought out the food. Apparently to whom? cos my buzzer never went off! How can you give the food away to another table and not check it was the right order with the buzzer number.
No solution was given. Just an offer to remake the food …now. Im hangry!! I aint waiting another hr! Horrible. Just horrible. I dont usually leave bad reviews,but….
