So nice to have this healthy option for lunch. The Peruvian Roasted Corn bowl is delicious, it’s seasonal, not sure how long it will be on the menu for. I wish we had a Chopt in Oregon! Also, Robert is absolutely delightful and made us feel right at home as out-of-town-ers.

I love this place. Their salads are always fresh and delicious. My go to is the Blissful Harvest and sometimes I’ll get a coke with me meal. I got my food delivered and it was warm (it has warm grains in it so I was really happy that it was still warm). The only thing I was missing in my delivery order was a fork, but I have plenty at home so it’s not a contributing factor to my overall score.
I tend to go when I’m in the Green Hills area. But there are options for everyone, kids included.

The atmosphere while walking in, is fresh and clean. Meesha was a delight while taking my order and making my warm bowls. I had a few questions due to personal allergies and she promptly asked the back house staff to get the an answer for them.
The restaurant is well put together, organized and clean.

I am writing this review mostly for the amazing staff! The bowls are amazing, but the service is what makes this space extraordinary. Robert was engaging and made me smile long after I left. Victoria, under his wing training, was equally pleasant and just good at what she does. Not often do you expect to leave a place beaming with a smile. This is service done with perfection.
