First time in this particular Truetts Chick-fil-A and it was very nice. Had our granddaughter and she truly enjoyed the toy Train (she had to restart it each time it stopped ) and the little red door up front. The waitress was very attentive to our needs (it was about 8 of us) and she had a fantastic attitude. The on duty manager made sure we were taken care of and even answered questions that on of our members had. We will surely revisit this restaurant.

love chick fil a and have been excited to try the new location. The service was okay, but I was disappointed with my order. I tried calling as well. My fries were hot, but I only got like five large waffle fries and some crumbs. The most disappointing part was the sandwich. I’m not a fan of large chunks of meat and they usually have the perfect size. This time I got what I can describe as a thickly sliced chicken breast. I was VERY disappointed. It looks like I am not the only one having this issue. I know times are hard, but this is not acceptable. The first two pictures a re after the first bite and the last picture is halfway though. It was not only thing, but small as well.

Most probably the worst food I’ve ever had at a Chik filet, does not even come close to the location I frequent most often in Panama City Martin Luther king blvd FL. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming. They did a good job decorating for Christmas and the service is nice and fast. The chicken breast in my sandwich was nice and thick and the food was hot and good quality even though we where like 15 minutes away from closing. 10/10 would come again

After only two visits, this has become our FAMILY Chick Fil A! I want to give them 10 stars for the food, quality, and exceptional service. Randy and his staff has spoiled my Daddy, Jimmy, rotten. He loves coming here!! You can tell they operate as a true family and pride on making every customer feel welcomed. We dined on the full service restaurant side and every encounter has been truly memorable. The food is delicious and always fresh and the special menu options are chef’s kiss. This location is full of warmth and dedication as soon as you walk in the door ❤️ We look forward to every visit!

The food gets three stars because my sweet potato souffle tasted like it had been heated up as twice over leftovers and because of the lack of healthy options. Chick-fil-A, some of menu items contain more sodium than a healthy person is meant to consume in a week. And who deep fries brussel sprouts? I wish Chick-fil-A would get some actually healthy items. But those of you reading this review probably already know what the food is all about. The staff at this restaurant was super friendly and accommodating and it was a nice place to stop and have a family card game and a quick meal.

Ordered the new floats and ice cream sodas. Commercial advertise large glass. Reality it was in a small foam cup even though the order was dine in. Plenty of ice cream, but hardly more than 4 sips of drink. Needed more drink. Need to use a large cup. Not worth the price. Chicken sandwich was excellent. Staff was friendly
