The very nice cashier had suggested the panko crusted fish sandwich last week. He made it sound so delicious so I went back later that week to get one and I was not disappointed! I went back again today for another one and he was working. He’s so fun and personable! No one else has ever made me want to try a sandwich like he did. I will be going back for another one!

The service was nice and quick. It has been a while since I went to this Wendy’s because if the service. It was nice to go in a little after 1pm and there wasn’t a line. They must be under new management because we received our order quick, it use to take so long. I’ll be going back soon. The restaurant was very clean.

Food was decent. Got 2 Baconator combos one for my husband and one for me. Barely any bacon on mine. Burgers were dry. Manager took the order and was unhappy to see us walk in at 9pm even though the inside doesn’t close until 10pm. Just a completely bad experience and will not go back again to this location.

Took my daughter to grab a bite to eat after swim practice restaraunt was empty inside and maybe 2 cars in drive-thru. We ordered our food and waited over 20 min, had to remind the cashier to give us cups then had to remind her of our frosty’s. 4 employees, 20min+ wait for our order and nothing had flavor the meat had been cooked to death tge mayo and ketchup was slopped all over the wrapper and sandwich. The whole experience was awful. No reason the food should have been bad or for a long wait when it was not busy. Poorly managed sanitation score said 95 but hadnt been reviewed since September and I question his score even then. The fryer they were putting the fries in a pan on was covered in black ripped/cut up garbage bags. Will not be returning.

My order was correct, twice. The young man at the register seemed to be in a constant state of confusion, but very polite. Many other’s orders were correct as well. There was a heavy tension within the winning area.

Lol, my granddaughter is a little eating machine. Usually, by the time church is over, she’s ready to eat. She likes eating chicken nuggets & loves blueberries & other fruits. At Wendy’s, you’re able to substitute a cup of fresh fruit (sliced strawberries & blueberries), for the french fries in the kid’s meal. I only gave 3 stars due to the fact that this was the 3rd straight time we had been there & they didn’t have the fruit cup. Also, on this particular visit, the young lady who served us had an obvious “really don’t want to be here” attitude & was not friendly nor polite. But, the food is always good, hot, & prompt. Thus, I gave it a 3-star rate.

We ordered at the drive thru a d then was asked to pull up where we waited for 15 min for food only to go in and the manaver said oh we forgot but you didn’t forget the other 15 cars behind me. A slack bunch of whoever is in charge. My child was having class so ahe couldn’t eat. Thanks alot for your slack self.

Ate at the Wendy’s on Road street on Sunday afternoon and it was empty inside however, the seats and tables were filthy and food on the floor. The employees were in the back talking not cleaning anything. We got our food and the burgers were overcooked and cold, took one burger back to the counter and they remade it and it was far from hot but was eatable. The patties are paper thin and overpriced. For the $15.00 we paid we were definitely ripped off. Very sad because Wendy’s used to be one of our favorite fast food restaurants.

If I could give 0 stars thats what I would have given. For starters the employees are not really professional. I say that because when I was at the window to pay and get my food you can hear the employees cursing and complaining about customers. Now my next issue is the sandwich I ordered and ate half of already I seen/noticed the asiago cheese still had the paper wrapper stuff on it. So yeah im not happy at all that I ingested half of the paper already. I mean come on..!!! Not a happy person with this Wendy’s location!
