I ordered two steak & egg bagels, two iced coffees, two croissants with jam, and one MOBS Tots Deluxe. Overall, the food was fantastic. The croissants were buttery, perfectly toasted, and paired so well with the jam—absolutely delicious. The iced coffees were decent, nothing standout, but refreshing.
The MOBS Tots Deluxe was a hit—the tots were extra crispy, and adding the deluxe option with the fried egg and two dipping sauces really pulled the whole dish together.
The steak & egg bagel came on an everything bagel, which was such a good choice. The steak was tender and flavorful, and the chimichurri sauce was spot-on. My only small critique is that the bagel sandwich was a bit greasy—but honestly, still really tasty.
All in all, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Excellent breakfast spot!! Sandwiches are made to perfection. We visited Tampa for a few days and this spot was close to the airbnb we were staying. We had breakfast there every day since we loved it! Consistency is definitely a strength they got!! Congratulations!! If you are in Tampa area, highly recommend for a quick delicious breakfast!

Very impressed of the quality of the sandwiches from this little gem place near bush gardens area in Tampa, about 15 minutes from the park. It was so good that we endep up coming back the next day to try different breakfast sandwiches. Well done and highly recommended if you are around the area. Definitely will be back !!!

Overall, the service is fast and respectful. The ambiance is pretty neutral; it is definitely a quick in and out type of thing. Most people ate in their cars, but there are tables outside.
Steak and Egg Sandwich: 5/5. The seasoning is on point and the flavor is amazing. The sauce complements the steak and there was a good ratio of all ingredients. A bit spicy but not too much.
Fully loaded: best part was the crispy bacon! Solid sandwich!

Stop driving past this place!!!! You are missing out on some of the most amazing breakfast sandwiches of your life! So fresh, so much bacon! Super fast and friendly service! They even have a punch card for purchases during the week to get a free sandwich! Cute little tables outside and fantastic coffee!
