We got there early, which was good because it wasn’t busy…yet. Food was fresh and our service was great, very attentive. Soup definitely could have been hotter. But that’s the only part that wasn’t . We will be back.

Best bang for your buck on Wednesdays!!! My husband got a 7oz sirloin steak with a lobster tail, and a choice of a side for $24.99. I got the mariner boil with butter garlic and Cajun sauce per our server Jonathan and it did not disappoint! The drinks we ordered was the cherry on top! Hands down great pricing.

I had the WORST food I have ever had here. We were immediately seated and asked what to drink. I ordered a chocolate milk. When they brought it out to me, they had just poured the syrup all over the sides and just poured milk in, DIDNT EVEN TRY TO MIX IT. so I had to and it was impossible to scrape the edges to get, it wasn’t good just tasted like milk at that point. We then order the mozzarella stick appetizer and we received it. They had given us about 10 mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks themselves were plain but the worst part was the small amount of marinara sauce for that small amount they gave you like an ounce. Then we ordered our entrees, I ordered the bacon burger with no house sauce (ketchup instead) with a side of mashed potatoes and my grandmother ordered lobester tail, half a pound of crab legs, and coconut shrimp. Her food was okay, crab legs and shrimp were fine. However, her lobester tail was slimy rubbery. She had also ordered a salad with ranch that was stringy and soggy before dressing was even out in it. It bad to be sent back. Then my burger was to be honest disgusting. It tastes like nothing at all. The lettuce was barely there and the burger had no flavor, nor the cheese or sesame bun which mind you was burnt. I’m addition I had to put my own ketchup on which was the ONLY thing that was of taste. But the worst part had to be the mashed potatoes. They were served to me CRUSTY. they were dry with big beige hard pieces in them, like they had been sitting out for hours and mind you they aren’t supposed to have skins or anything in it at all. In addition to this, biscuits were not given to us untill right before our entrees and tasted at times bland and at other times over seasoned. But the worst part had to be that even after complaint, they refused to do anything about it even after showing them the texture and look of the mashed potatoes, bun, sauces, lobster, and salad. The server was nice but her and the restaurant did not do anything about the quality of food or apologize, they made up excuses. The atmosphere was fine, quiet and personal. Do not come here.

Had a great experience at Red Lobster, and the biggest reason was our server, Mercy. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. She checked in at all the right times, kept drinks refilled, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted it.
You can tell Mercy really cares about her guests—nothing felt rushed, and her positive attitude made the whole meal better. Service like that makes a huge difference and is the reason we’ll be back. Food was solid as always, but Mercy’s service is what made this visit stand out. Highly recommend!

Let me preface this by saying I use to be a trainer at this restaurant so my expectations were high…..and they did not disappoint! My wife wanted to go here to celebrate our anniversary. Had a fantastic dinner. Food was on point, and service by Journey was top notch. Most impressed that she pre bussed so actively and engaged with us often. Even had a manager stop by and check on us. I am still a restaurant manager so it is always nice to see a store who gets being obsessed with the guest experience.
Heavily recommend now, and if you’re lucky enough to get Journey as your server, she won’t disappoint! Kudos to your whole team!
