This is a mom and pop restaurant in the middle of nowhere. The experience was not fast, like bigger restaurants, so know that going in. We ordered the ribeye steak, meatloaf, and bone-in wings. The food exceeded our expectations and the servers were very nice. We’ll definitely be back.

Slate Belt Restaurant Week did not disappoint.
Ruben Egg Rolls, followed by Lobster Grilled Cheese, followed by Peanut Butter Pie, followed by To-go boxes for big portions. There is plenty of food for lunch tomorrow.
Ordered a 1/2 rack of ribs. They were fall off the bones done , and super meaty.
Very interesting regular menu. I look forward to going back to try other things.

I cannot say enough about this place! I came here for the poutine but it wasn’t the special this week; the owner had the waitress bring them out for us. We ate all of our appetizers, which filled us up so much that we had no room for our entrees. My husband loves wings and we order them at every restaurant, these were his favorite so far! The portions are big and flavorful and the staff is super friendly and be attentive!! We will definitely be back

Only open wed Thursday and Friday but boy it’s worth the wait! Just had their baby back ribs, by far the best ribs I ever had! So juicy moist fall off the bone ! Even the corn bread was amazing! Every item was beyond fantastic! Can’t wait to go back Thursday and try more! A hidden gem! The chef is beyond fantastic! The staff excellent! The food AMAZING. A truly wonderful experience! Hands down the best food I’ve ever had ! I can’t say enough ! Awesome!

Great restaurant out in the middle of nowhere! Doesn’t seem like much on the outside, but the food is fantastic and the place gets packed! You absolutely need to make reservations on Friday night. Live music too. You can stop at one of the local wineries distilleries or breweries and BYO your own drink drinks here.

We had Rustica cater our wedding and we were absolutely amazed! They are a wonderful family to work with! Haylie was so great to work with while planning and organizing the menu! Her family worked the wedding and executed everything perfectly! We had so many compliments on dinner and everyone wanted to know who we used! I highly recommend them if you are looking for someone to cater an event! Their pricing is another big reason we chose them, they are super reasonable and don’t price gouge just because you add the word “wedding”!

Best damn restaurant in Mt Bethel. Unfortunately they’re currently only open Wednesday through Friday. Portions are large, ingredients are high quality. Look for them on FB for the weekly specials.
