Sad to see a once great establishment go downhill. What was once an enjoyable experience is now a miserable one. Last few times I’ve gone through the drive-thru wait times are unbearably long, my order is either not right or made wrong. Their fountain drinks taste absolutely gross, im not sure what the deal is but with every visit im left more and more disappointed. Loved coming here but these last few months have been the worst. Can’t recommend coming to this location go elsewhere if you can.

The food isn’t bad but the customer service is trash. The lady at the window is always rude and they charge you extra for item THEY forgot to give you in the first place. If you want good customer service go the one on the other side of town. They give out pup cups for free and are always nice. This place will charge for a pup cup like it comes out of their pockets.

I stopped here on my lunch hour to get a Blizzard — specifically, a large chocolate chip cookie dough Blizzard with Butterfinger and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. Good *LORD* was it ever amazing !! Yeah, I know…I was consuming enough calories for two entire days…but boy, was it ever worth it.

My wife, sister-in-law, brother-in-law and I stopped in a couple of days ago after a sweaty move in July and decided to get a meal together. I had a chicken strip basket ( with 2 containers of gravy ) with fries and a drink. I’ve had this MANY times before but hadn’t had the presence of mind to take pictures previously…until now. Everything was exactly as I had come to expect and it really hit the spot. Thanks for getting it right again, Dairy Queen !!

Got there and had to wait to order cause the kids behind the counter were to busy socializing instead of paying attention. Ordered the fish sandwich and it taste like the oil hasn’t been changed in a while and opened the sandwich and the lettuce was wilted gross.

I had issues with delivery in the past so I decided I would walk to the restaurant, all I wanted was an ice cream cone, I walked in and was told that the store doesn’t allow pets, yes I understand the store doesn’t allow pets as it’s a food establishment. I pointed out that my dog is a service animal and she is very clearly marked as well, they had asked for documentation and certification, I then pointed out that documentation and certification is a scam, the guy I think was a manager had me go to the other register to order my food and I felt extremely rushed to get out of the establishment just because I have a service animal. I think the workers could use a bit more training about service animals.

I may be a little biased because I worked at this DQ back in the late 2000s, but this is the best DQ I’ve eaten at. My wife and I even ordered our wedding cake from here back in 2018. We got a heart-shaped cake decorated beautifully for the main wedding cake, with individually decorated pieces of sheet cake for the rest. It was a huge hit (except for the lactose intolerant MoH… Sorry, Amanda. )
Overall, it was a great experience. We still go here to eat around once per month, mostly getting the chicken strip meals. The Texas toast is good enough that I will occasionally order an extra piece of toast with my chicken.

30+mins for a single blizzard almost every visit. Drive through line never moves. Cars backed up out into the road. Can’t even order food here at this point. Ridiculous. Even more ridiculous are the dq fan relations team responses to bad reviews. To sum it up “sorry come again and try us another time” even though nothing will be better next time. No follow up or reach out to an email for a coupon for the next visit. It’s evident there is no care at store level and up

Food was ok but the staff were disgusting. One at the window was spitting on the floor and another who was bagging the orders was picking scabs off his arm. The owner of this DQ seems to pick the worst group of kids to work here.

Order wasn’t ready after calling it in an hour earlier. Then after arriving, 5 to 6 employees were all focusing on the drive through window. 4 other people were waiting at the inside counter for service. I finally asked them to help the counter customers. The one girl working told the others she forgot to make my order. I had to wait another 15 minutes b4 getting it.

1st you forgot a part of my order. I came back later to receive that order on top of ordering more. You charged me double for those items you forgot earlier. You did a refund of those items. And I waited. And waited. 25 minutes for the items that were forgotten earlier in the day. Of course I checked the bag to make sure everything was there. It wasn’t. You then forgot everything new that was ordered. So I waited. And waited. A total of 48 minutes. Yes. 48! To receive my entire order. Your lobby was jam packed. Anyone who ordered ice cream was in and out in under 5 minutes but anyone who ordered food got pushed aside. Only to receive cold food. By far my worst experience and the fast food motto isn’t the case here. Completely short staffed and unorganized.
