“WARNING IF YOU DON’T LIKE THE FOOD YOU MAY BE CONFRONTED”
I had lunch with my sister at this Columbian restaurant. I ordered the soup. The soup they brought me was a “white creamy tasteless substance” with rice and “frozen vegetables.” The side plate was white rice with the choice of meatballs or chicken breast. I chose the chicken breast, the plate they brought was “canned white chicken meat smothered in white creamy gravy substance.” The fried “yuca” slice as a garnish tasted old and stale. The vegetable was chopped canned beats “slathered in more creamy white substance.” I pushed the plate to the side it wasn’t appetizing at all! After 20 minutes the waitress finally comes over and asked if there was something wrong. “I explained it was not what I was expecting but not to worry I was ok with it and lost my appetite and I was not going to eat.” I wasn’t expecting frozen veggies in my soup and canned white chicken meat! My sister ordered a scrambled egg sandwich that was smothered in mayonnaise, and she had to scrape most of it off! The waitress never brought out our beverages apparently got too wrapped up in the offense as well as the “cackling insulted hen’s in the kitchen.” You could hear them from the kitchen!
I was in a deep conversation with my sister, and suddenly this woman came out of the kitchen wanting to get “confrontational” apparently she was insulted that I didn’t want to eat her “canned shoddy gourmet food.” “I was ok” with everything, and it was my choice not to eat the food if I didn’t like it! However, what drove me to give this place a bad bad bad review was the woman’s “contentious” behavior. I asked her to stop on several occasions and explained it was ok I wasn’t going to eat an unappetizing dish. “But no she just continued to be “disruptive!” I had to get loud and ask her to “STOP” and go away! Everyone in the restaurant was looking at this point, and she continued to demonstrate her “adversarial” behavior.
“Honestly” I’ve never experienced such aggression in a restaurant because I didn’t find the food appetizing! I obviously will never be back again to give this place another chance out of fear for more “hostile” behavior.
