I normally would give this place 5 stars. Also, I have never complained about my food to anywhere I’ve ever been. Unfortunately, this is my first and hopefully the last! I love the chicken salad croissant from here. I came in super hungry tonight after a very long day, only to receive this sandwich. At first glance, it looked like there was nothing on the sandwich but lettuce and tomatoes! I ended up taking the top off half of it, and this is what I seen. BARELY anything on it! So sad that we paid $32 (including a tip) for two sandwiches, thinking that we would get what we order every time we eat here. Staff was somewhat friendly, but seemed unconcerned. I didn’t request them to make me a new one, I wasn’t looking for free food. I just wanted what I paid for, as does everyone. I only brought it to their attention because it’s about quality! Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

Lots of seating, very spacious. Ordered Soup and sandwich deal, great value! Turkey avocado and Newks Q and lobster bisque soup all were phenomenal. This will be a repeat go to place for sure. Service was fast and friendly. Food was fresh and flavorful. 10 out of 10!

Three orders in a row they have gotten my order wrong even when it clearly says on the receipt stapled to the bag what that order is supposed to contain. While I like their food it would be super cool if I got what I ordered. Poor leadership from the management explains poor execution by the team.

So… ordered my food, $73 worth which is outrageous, they brought the wrong sandwich and proceeded to argue with me about said sandwich. Then instead of making correct sandwich right away. They made food for 20 other people before mine , so by the time I got my sandwich the other people at my table were finished. The remade sandwich had hardly anything on it. Basically just bread.
For $73 party of 3, we could have gone to Olive Garden and had unlimited salad and breadsticks with entrees.
Our last time at Newks… not worth the money or to be hassled by staff.

Deli vibe with super friendly staff and excellent customer service. I adore their salads. No where else has this big and delicious of salads options. All the variety, freshness of ingredients, the proteins, all the flavors, the best. No where has a salad meal like Newks. Even my husband adores the salads. I can’t order salads anywhere else without saying how subpar to Newks.

Newks was very disappointing as I used to really enjoy Newks when I lived in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Unfortunately this experience was like I was eating at a completely different restaurant altogether.
My sandwich was soggy (I had the Italian) and the pasta salad was both limp and bland.
There was no self-serve table with pickled vegetables, which was really disheartening.
Service was pretty good, and the staff very friendly. The only issue was that the kiosk for ordering stated that they were all out of desserts, but when I later asked about it they told me they did have some dessert, after all.
Speaking of the dessert, the whole reason I was craving Newks was for the chocolate cake. I was in for yet another disappointment. It was dry, and a completely different recipe from what I was used to in the Mississippi restaurant. V

I got the Q, great tasting sandwich. Great lunch option, filling but won’t put you in a food coma. Super friendly staff as well.
