A bit worn yes, but clean and comfortable. Staff were all friendly. Our young family was here at noon on Saturday so what I can say is that at the start of the day this place is great. Just as I remember from many many years ago. Food quality is good and the menu maintains the favourites from years past. Recommend as one of the very rare restaurants for affordable, consistent, family friendly dining.

My lettuce wrapped burger, house salad and the bottomless fries was delicious. Service was all throughout excellent, our server Ryan took great care of us, making sure the fries and salad were refilled. Highly recommend coming to this restaurant!

Good place to take kids, the kids menu is generous. My kids love the sundaes that comes with the meal. Accommodating with groups, but the service can be a little slow. My go to burger is the Whiskey River Chicken burger, and always nice to get free refill on fries. Onion ring tower is a great starter too.

We visited for lunch today. Alyssa, who was our server, was very friendly, and the food was delicious.
However, during our meal, we made eye contact with another server—an older, bald white male (I apologize for describing his appearance this way, but he left immediately so I was unable to ask for his name). When we asked him for a drink refill, he grabbed our cups and walked away before we could finish speaking, which gave us no opportunity to make any additional requests.
When he returned with the drinks and we tried to ask for something else, he said that our server would come, while patting my shoulder. This experience was very uncomfortable.
First, we were not aware that each table had a designated server. Second, even if that was the case, he could have passed our request along to our server, called our server over, or simply told us from the beginning to ask our own server—we would have understood and waited. The unfriendly service, condescending tone, and unnecessary physical contact were inappropriate.
I hope this experience was not racially motivated. I understand that the restaurant was busy, and that he may have been focused on his own tables, or that his tone and behavior may have come from the fact that we appeared younger than him. However, from a service standpoint, I do not believe this was handled appropriately, which is why I am leaving this comment.

I really like the burgers, Caesar salad, and onion rings. Most of the burgers are juicy, and I love that the sides and Coke refills are unlimited. The staff are polite and friendly, which makes the experience better.
However, the downside is that the restaurant feels quite dirty. The carpets are in very poor condition and the windows are often dirty, which sometimes makes it uncomfortable and less appealing to eat there. Improving cleanliness would make a big difference.

I recently visited Red Robin with a friend. I had a burger, which was decent but nothing special—about average in taste. My friend ordered a Caesar salad and felt it was okay, but he’s had better before. The overall atmosphere of the place was nice, with a kind, old-fashioned, classic look that gave it some charm.

There was something off in our visit to Red Robins on Robson. Yes, we were with 2 x 7 year olds, dont think we were too load or something. Food was avarage, milkshakes were really good.
Server was good. We were there under an hour, only asked for 1 refill for fries (its bottomless). Someone else, not our server, approchaed us with a grumpy look and said it is getting busy here, would you like something else? Tables around were half empty…. We asked for the bill instead…. very weird experience. It threw me off visiting again and recommending it to others.
