I’m not really sure why this location has such low ratings. We always order from this location after moving to this side of town and we’ve never had any issues. And the kids that work there are excellent. Very polite and always make sure everything is in the bag, including sauces. Sometimes throwing in extra! Maybe the reviews are more based off old staff members ♀️ i’d take a picture, but we already devoured it lol. Tonight me and my son did an easy two personal pepperoni pizzas and a plate of chicken Alfredo pasta. Delicious

Multiple ‘concerns’ with my recent delivery..
I was Not aware that they don’t apply stickers to the boxes for food tampering safety! My meat lovers melt box (pictured on Top) was barely closed All other restaurants apply stickers so there’s no tampering with food so I already wasn’t sure about consuming it, but then I picked it up & immediately feel how HARD the entire “melt” is…and I have a BAD tooth so that sealed it for me that I wouldn’t be able to eat it DISAPPOINTING! Then the pizza itself….”new chicken sausage” *IMO* is not worth paying extra for nor would I reorder it. I was also quoted 30 minutes and it arrived in over 40 minutes which would explain why the cheese wasn’t melty and all the food was just warm to the touch i ordered here instead of Little Caesars because they are much closer to my home & I figured it would arrive On time & hot…BUT instead I basically paid over $30 for ONE bland warm pizza (couldn’t eat the “melt”) WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FLAVOR & FRESHNESS PIZZA HUT?!? ♾️ DISAPPOINTING! I tried calling back & a woman with an Asian accent answered, I shared my concerns & she spoke so softly I couldn’t understand & when I went to ask her if she could repeat she had transferred me & I was on hold (meanwhile food getting colder) I will stick with LITTLE CAESARS HOT N READY + DEALS Costco pizza also better deal & MUCH more flavor! I will NOT be ordering Pizza Hut again and I Definitely do NOT recommend.

Absolutely ridiculous experience with this place. My nephew ordered not once but twice for delivery. Not ONCE did the order come. They only use 3rd party application drivers now supposedly?! I sincerely hope they enjoyed our orders after we spent our hard earned money. Thankfully we had coupons to apply so we didn’t spend much out of pocket. Marcos is right down the road we will gladly take our business down there. So much for customer service. Shameful business.

Pizza was promised 5:07pm at 5:25 we started wondering. Found the girl out 3 doors down looking around. She said “ there are no numbers on the houses.”
Someone please let her know in old neighborhoods the numbers are on the mailboxes in front of the houses Geez!

My mom ordered pizza from this location for the first time tonight (7-8-25) and the app kept sitting as “preparing food” for almost an hour. She had called the number 3 times and kept getting transferred to the store and no one answered. She decided to go to the store herself to find out what was wrong as we had been waiting for a little over an hour now. When she arrived, she called to tell me that the delivery driver was the ONLY person there. She said he was nice and apologetic. He reheated all the food for her and apologized again. She told me there were 8 other pizzas sitting there. She was so upset for this man. Even I’m upset because what kind of business does that?! Not only was he doing all the cooking and prep himself, but he still had 8 other pizzas to deliver AND close the store for the night. Management needs to look into their scheduling or other employees because this is unacceptable. We have been given a phone number from their call center to report this. That employee deserves better.

I ordered two pizzas from here and it took almost 2 hours to get them. What a joke. This is how my pizza looked. Enough olives to cover five pizzas. The taste was horrible and the service was even worse. The person who I spoke to on the phone, acted like he needed to hurry up and get off the phone and hung up on me. I want to refund. I will never order from this pizza place again

Ended up having to show him both Doordash (for the correct amount AND that it was paid for) AND my Bank account to how that the right amount was debited from my account….not a good impression but the pizza was good.

Just ordered a pepperoni pizza online said it was ready in 15 minutes drove down there and it was ready in 15 minutes let me tell you these kids are working their behind off the guy that was cooking had been there eight hours and somebody called off he was exhausted give these guys a break you can’t seem to get anybody to work anymore so those that are working Pat them on the back. Thank you for working and making pizza for my family. Oh by the way the pizza was amazing

The last couple times I haves ordered, I was satisfied, I don’t know what happened today. My pizza looks as if it has mildew powder on it, I took one bite and it tasted so dry and powdery. Now I have to throw out the whole box which is a waste. Also the box was crushed.

We ordered pizza for delivery. The email and their online system said pizza would be done by 5:55. We started calling around 6:05 to see where our pizza was. The answering system was ATROCIOUS!!! I called FIVE times and instead of getting help they just kept cutting me off and transferring me to the store that was not answering. The first 4 boys (I believe 2-3 were the same one) wouldn’t even tell me their names correctly and then immediately transferred me despite trying to tell them my concerns. Finally Maria answered and I told her I just needed a refund for my order (at 6:12ish) and she wouldn’t because her system said it wasn’t due to be delivered until 6:30. None of my information gave me that new time to me and I continued to ask for a refund and Maria cut me off and put me and transferred me.
Then I finally drove myself to the location (which defeats the purpose) to ask for my refund. During that time, the pizza was delivered but the damage was done and I need the refund. Donna, the sort of manager, told me she needed approval. She left and came back then told me she could only void the order at the end of the day and mark it “undeliverable” and I should get my money back. She’s not sure if the points I used will get back to me. Then I’m not even allowed to know her bosses name. I can only have her name and she is only a maybe manager since she can’t even give me a refund.
Meanwhile, I watched another person drop pans on the floor then kick them around out of her way. Unsure if they wash them enough for that to be ok.
This was a hot mess. I get businesses being busy but when you have a texting system AND an updating “tracker” of your pizza, this shouldn’t happen. Then the phone system shouldn’t be transferring when no one will answer. I’m a floored and so angry.
Needless to say I would not use this location anymore. There’s a Marcos up the street. I hear dominoes is getting better and that’s not far away. There’s options…. This location should not be it.
