I couldn’t believe I got served raw chicken strips on my lunch break today at Pop, I use to love the chicken from Popeyes, i got a 3pcs spicy strip for $5 and 2 spicy wraps for $5 I ate the wraps and ate one tender and noticed it was kind of cold and gummy, so broke the other tender in half and couldn’t believe I just ate raw chicken. I would never eat here again

Ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade and received what you see in photo. I told them well that’s false advertising in the photo it’s mixed, he said well if you just shake it up it’ll look like that when I spend my money I want what I see… Then I asked to order the 6.99 special today he told me they don’t do it so I ordered my items separate, just for me to see the second photo on the window. I went back and told him it’s on the window and he says yeah you can get the chicken but not the sides and drink on Sunday’s. False advertisement again Sunday shows chicken, side, and drink.

Tried the tenders, saucy bone in wings, macaroni & cheese & mashed potatoes with gravy. 10/10! Best apple pie I’ve had from an establishment, WOW! The biscuit and honey was also delicious! Repeat customer for sure! Awesome deals on the app also!

Absolutely ridiculous experience at this Popeyes.
The employee working the counter acted like they couldn’t understand basic instructions. Ordering something simple turned into a long and frustrating process because they either wouldn’t listen or simply didn’t care. Customer service here is basically nonexistent.
What really shocked me was that at around 3:00 PM they refused to accept a $50 bill in cash. Cash is legal tender in the United States, and nowhere did I see any sign saying large bills were not accepted. The employee just said they “couldn’t take it” with no explanation.
Since when does a fast-food restaurant get to decide they don’t accept normal cash payments in the middle of the day? It felt completely arbitrary and unprofessional.
Between the poor communication and the refusal to accept legitimate payment, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had in a long time.
Management seriously needs to retrain their staff or replace them.
I will not be coming back.
This location makes the entire Popeyes brand look bad.

Save your time and money and go to a different location. First of all the young girl working at the front today at 7pm was rude when I asked for utensils which should have been included in the bag. She seemed like she was in a rush yet me and a couple were the only customers there… my order ended up taking about 25 minutes because the staff has no communication with eachother and to make matters worse they served me the most thinnest chicken strips ever! Why they thought it was okay to serve scraps instead of just putting in a fresh batch is beyond me. Avoid this location at all costs.

Bought a 10 pc mix family meal which should come with 5 biscuits. I got home and only had 4 biscuits. Got large fries and the box was almost empty. Horrible customer service. Horrible

After reading the reviews , I almost didn’t stop here. I’m glad I did it is a brand new building. I did wait about 5 minutes for fresh tenders but it was well worth it. Friendly employees and perfectly cooked piping hot food. I will definitely be back

Yesterday evening I ordered 5 pieces of blackened chicken strips, just strips. No sides. The lady in the drive through was incredibly nice and helpful, telling me they have to cook them fresh. Not a problem. Price was close to $9.
Another girl brought them to me and I thought it felt light, but I left anyway. When I got to work, I opened the box to find 4 pieces of chicken the size of chicken wings. They tasted fine, but the amount was ridiculous for the price.

Food was absolutely disgusting. Drive through service was lazy and inattentive, had to ask multiple times for the same thing, this was followed by an attitude from one of the employees. The chicken was poorly prepared, felt cold and tough from the moment I got it. Do not waste your money here.
