I worked as an operations manager years ago at another Subways and this Subway looks great. I’m always impressed with the cleanliness inside. I’ve gone a few times during lunch and the worker is very nice and always smiling. Very friendly. I always place an online order and my sandwiches always are properly made and not messy like other Subways I have gone to. I do see some negative reviews on here and I’m quite shocked because that is not my experience at all.

The staff the last two visits were on point. They really worked well together and the sandwiches they made reminded me of how it used to be. Which they had brown mustered still. Beyond that we were so satisfied with our order. They were quick with clearing everyone out. I would be back and soon.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, every single worker we encountered was rude and lacked customer service. We were a total of 8 people in our family, we all got the same bad vibes from them. We tried to go back for iCe for our drinks because it was a hot day out here in Hawaii, and they immediately said no. NO ICE NO REFILLS. I guess they care more about inventory than CUSTOMERS. What a terrible experience. Subways needs to train these people better.

This is pretty much a grab and go spot. No place to eat and they ask you not to eat in your car since parking is very limited. Sandwich is pretty meh. They ran out of some of the veggie options when I order.

Sadly I was gonna give a great review. But they couldn’t figure out coupon and there was a long line behind us. Long story short the supervisor didn’t realize we had 3 subs and couldn’t calculate the math.

Never have I ever been told I cannot customize my sandwich. I ordered the supreme meats today on my work break and the lady refused to let me take off the tomatoes and swap the mvp vinegrette out with siracha ( not a big ask) and she refused. she said i must get the sandwich as is and i cannot make customizations unless i get one of the basic ones on the right aka ham and cheese -turkey club- blt -etc. Not only was this a huge waste of time on my valuable break time but i want able to eat lunch today as i had planned my time scootering to subway and back. I would give 0 stars if possible. I guess you can’t do the main thing that Subway was made for and customize your sandwich
