We hadn’t visited Panda Express in quite some time due to underwhelming experiences at other locations. However, a friend recommended that we give the newly opened High Point location a try, and we’re glad we did. The service is excellent and efficient, and the food tastes significantly better than what we remembered from before. The ambiance is pleasant, and despite the slightly awkward shape of the parking lot, it offers ample space. During peak hours, the restaurant can get quite busy. Overall, this High Point Panda Express would be my top recommendation.

This was the worse dining experience we have ever had here! The tables, floor and beverage area were DIRTY! The trash cans were over flowing. There was no where to put your trash. The drive thru servers were coming to the dine in area to fill plates. The food kept running out! Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to take our order. The manager just sitting at a table playing on her computer. Like always when we go here. The staff was short and this was 6pm. She should have at least wiped off the tables. I had to wipe our table off. She didn’t do anything until I started taking pictures. I would be embarrassed to recommend this location to anyone. Go to Chick-fil-A or Dairy O. They keep everything clean and they greet you and wait on you immediately. The drive thru or to go orders shouldn’t be first priority!!!
They also told us they no longer have Apple Pie Rolls, but they are on the menu. Also no fortune cookies.

Since PE management didn’t do anything about my complaint to them (2 weeks ago) so I’m just gonna do it here So I ordered a bigger plate with half chow mein and fried rice, entrees of kung pao chicken, fire wok steak and shrimp and teriyaki chicken. But instead of fire wok steak and shrimp, they gave me beef and mushroom (this is the second time they did my order wrong!) also the portion of today’s order are just half of what I usually get, I got more of bell peppers and zucchini than the chicken LOL, did not realize also that y’all would cut down the portion of third entree into half.
Very much disappointed in this trip, especially from this location, as they almost always make mistakes of my orders or sloooooooow, oh and the food here tastes one step below the one in Wendover. Finally the cherry on top, I had diarrhea after eating this.
If you wanna try PE, just go to the other location at Wendover, it’s BETTER and FASTER!

Ordered online and it’s always frustrating to pickup. The whole point of ordering online is skipping the line and wait, but you have to wait for the employee to acknowledge you because they hold your food ransom in exchange for you pleading to be acknowledged. Finally, they acknowledge you and you are gifted burnt egg rolls. Not the 1st time this has happened, but almost always. Not to mention how I’ve witnessed employees get into arguments with customers and threaten violence.

Came into this location yesterday for a late lunch with my wife while we were in the area. Food was actually good until I found a piece of metal in my orange chicken. Absolutely killed it for me…. No telling what else is in there and not worth the risk of swallowing metal with my food. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Placed a big order at 4:20 PM, told it’d be ready by 6:20. Got a text at 4:52 saying it was ready—showed up at 5:30, and the manager acted like nothing was ready and said they’d “make it soon.” To make things worse, one of the chicken items that should have been a full tray was only half. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.

I recently dined at the new Panda Express in High Point. The portion sizes were decent; I ordered sesame chicken with rice, and my wife opted for orange chicken with lo mein, but they mistakenly gave her rice instead. One notable aspect of Panda Express is that they don’t provide any sauce for their sesame or orange chicken dishes, which is unusual. Consequently, the dry chicken is served on top of plain, dry rice, resulting in a lack of flavor.
The wait time was quite lengthy, approximately 40 minutes, which is somewhat expected for a new and popular restaurant. While the service was good, Panda Express could improve the overall experience by addressing the issue of dry chicken and rice.
In summary, my visit to the new Panda Express in High Point had its pros and cons. The service was satisfactory, but the food left much to be desired due to the dryness of the chicken and rice. If you plan to dine here, be prepared for a potentially long wait and consider bringing your own sauce to enhance the flavor of your meal.

So glad this new location is finally open. We have been driving by a few times a week. The food is amazing, hot and fresh. The staff are friendly and fun. See you all again soon.

How can something good, go so bad. Even if this was supposed to be broccoli why would you serve it. Looks like it fell on the floor, got stepped on, then scraped off someone’s shoe and put back in the pan. Come on Panda, you can do better than this. Oh, and clean your tables. Sad that my wife had to take out a sanitizing wipe and use before we sat down to eat.

I have been to this location twice. The first time I ordered the honey sesame chicken and broccoli beef with chow mein. I got home and only had honey sesame chicken. At least it was a double order and the food was delish. Second time I went and ordered the same exact thing except subbed rice. I only got broccoli beef. This time, I only got the half portion and they left the other side empty. I’m not sure if they just don’t read the tickets or if they just don’t care but I’m seriously annoyed that this has happened both times now. It’s called a 2 meat plate with a side for a reason. Husband’s plate was perfectly fine, of course.
