This place has no right to be as good as it is, holy cow!! The sushi was big hunks of fish without a ton of extra rice. Highly recommend the tuna trio roll!! And super quick. The moo sho pork is as good as any I’ve had in my whole life andy partner gets it everywhere. Just amazing, you would never know. It’s functioally counter service , but that’s ok. Will definitely come back, all the way from Minneapolis!

I love this place. I usually get take out and it’s super hot when it arives. Dinner in and it was not as hot as when it’s delivered which was weird. But food was still great. Just wish there was hotter options. The choices that are “hot” are marked by little peppers on the menu but it’s less than mild. Anyways. Anybow, still great!

The restaurant was super clean, good fresh ingredients. The menu could use more details on ingredients and photos. The cashier wasn’t overly friendly when we had questions. We had differing opinions on the robot delivering the food.

I absolutely love this place ❤️ ️ I usually order takeout, and I’m always impressed by how hot and fresh the food is when it arrives — it’s seriously steaming every time This time I decided to dine in, and surprisingly, the food wasn’t quite as hot as it usually is with delivery, which felt a little strange. Still, the quality and flavor were just as good as always ✨
Everything tasted great, and you can tell they put care into their dishes. My only small wish is that they offered spicier options ️ The items marked as “hot” with little pepper icons on the menu are honestly less than mild in my opinion. I’d love to see something with a real kick! But overall, it’s still a fantastic spot that I’ll happily keep coming back to

Really fun place! The food was decent, the vibes were good. But definitely the stand out was the amazing cat robots that deliver the food to your table! It was a really fun experience. The prices were very fair and the staff we interacted with were friendly. I’d definitely be excited to come back here and try other dishes, especially the different sushi rolls.

First the not so good stuff: Food is standard / unspecial and my meal seemed very heavy and dense. The offerings are mostly what you might expect from a standard Asian-fusion menu. One nice feature of the menu is that in addition to Chinese cuisine, New Fresh Wok also offers a sushi bar. Personally, I was not impressed with the food and the three other people I dined with, all of which ordered different items, generally felt the same way but as a vegetarian I was particularly underwhelmed. If you do find something on their menu that you like, then you are in luck because the portions are absolutely enormous!! I mean huge, like massive. So expect to go home with to-go containers as well.
The other unfortunate report is that the bathrooms are very unclean – it was sort of nightmare getting my toddler to use the facilities giving that every surface was basically a petri dish. They could definitely do much better in the house keeping department without question.
Now for the good and even great stuff: This restaurant features a very unique serving staff! You order your food up at the front of the house but then……wait for it…..soon arrives a robotic kitty waitress who brings each table their food, equipped with under-glow, LED whiskers and a little musical tune announcing its arrival and departure. This was A BIG HIT with all the kiddos at the restaurant, including mine, and it was fun to experience this novelty in action. Hard not to smile. Additionally, the restaurant features another playful automation system – cotton candy machine! For $5 you can choose from a wide variety of shapes and colors (flowers/hearts/domes etc) and the machine spins up a sugary confection and everyone who did this while I was at the restaurant left with a big smile. The kids generally loved the cotton candy machine as much, if not more, than the two kitty robots zooming around the modest-sized dining room.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch and were in and out within 30min. We split the Orange Chicken w/ Chicken Fried Rice, Cream Cheese Wontons, and two orders of Sweet Potato Rolls. After tip, it was less than $40 and the food was delicious.

Amazing food, deliver time was estimated an hour and they were here within a half hour. The sweet man waited in his car with my food so it stayed warm and safe when he could’ve easily just left it. Thank you!

New Fresh Wok – 3-Star Review
I recently visited New Fresh Wok in St. Paul, MN, and had a mixed experience. I ordered a spicy tuna roll and a Philadelphia roll, but unfortunately, the Philadelphia roll didn’t taste as fresh as I expected.
The restaurant has a unique concept with a robot server, which I actually found to be efficient and fun.
However, the customer service at the register was a letdown. The receptionist was rude, making the ordering experience unpleasant. If they’re going to require customers to order at the register, they should at least ensure that the human interaction is welcoming. Otherwise, why not just let the robot handle everything?
Overall, the idea of robotic service is cool, but the food quality and human service need improvement. I’d rather go somewhere else for fresher sushi and better customer service.
