I just wanted to give a shoutout to this dominos.. I love the Caesar dressing they have.. they are so nice and always let me get a few packs. Sometimes they even give it to me free of charge. They are always nice and I can say they do a good job teaching there employees good customer service.. also,, the lady with the glasses and darker hair is so sweet!!! If she isn’t a manager, she should be!

I ordered from Domino’s online. The response was the order was started that was at 6:02 p.m. . I got to Domino’s at 6:25 only for them to tell me that they were so busy they hadn’t even started the order. Mind you two delivery cars were in the driveway One person inside look like he was a little perturbed. They started my order at 6:31. I waited till 6:45 p.m. to get my order. Not one person offered any apologies anything to try to correct the scenario not even the manager offered anything.

Ordered $57.00 worth food at 6:57 for delivery, called at 8:20 something to find out what was going on, waited about 10 minutes to have someone pickup the phone to find out it was going to be another 30 minutes. I canceled my order. I’m not going to eat pizza that’s been sitting under a lamp for a hour or longer. I think over 2 hours is too long. Excuse was he only had 3 drivers.

My food was delicious, but there was really loud obnoxious country music playing. I normally don’t have a problem with the music that plays in here (I’m in here often), but it was A LOT louder than usual. I also heard a lot of cursing and slamming things around from the person working. It was super hard to have a conversation with the person I was with. Just overall a stressful atmosphere.

Been a loyal customer for years but now the changes are getting ridiculous. First they went up alot on the bread bites and now everytime i order them you dont even get but a small portion of garlic on them. You have to choose whether you want garlic or parmesan instead of both. Or pay for garlic cups. I can see raising the price but seriously raising the price and also taking away most of the garlic that used to go on the ones with parmensan is terrible.

I would rate it a no star. I ordered a medium pizza and it’s mostly knotted up bread. My garlic Knots was dry with a tiny shaved piece of garlic on them. A mouse wouldn’t even taste the garlic. My cinnamon twist had tiny sprinkles of cinnamon on them. My 5 cheese dip had marinara in it. Like this is ridiculous, I definitely want my $30.00 back.

We order pizza from Dominos every Friday night. Tonight in the middle of a storm, our delivery driver had one of our pizzas blown out of his hands. He went back and had a new pizza made for us, then delivered the new pizza. It all happened in 20 minutes. Guy was a rock star. Thank you.
