There was an assembly line of staff but the process was kind of slow. I watched the cook pour new rice on top of the old instead of rotating. That caused me to look further at the cleanliness of the containers. Some had caked and crusted food products that did not look at all visually pleasing. It caused me to not get some items I would normally add to my bowl. I did comment to the staff regarding the food for their own benefit and knowledge. I also noticed the portions looked smaller. When I got to the register that’s when I really questioned my purchase. 2 burrito bowls both with queso one had guacamole. $29.10. and when I got home I had one small bag of chips. No wonder they don’t give you a receipt. I want to say they easily had 6 staff members maybe more working. 2/27/25 @ 6:20 pm.

Paid $13 for my bowl and my toddlers and got half a scoop of rice in each and barely any meat. Toddler bowl didn’t even get a full scoop of guacamole and didn’t include an apple sauce or chips for the toddler. Thanks for nothing!

My husband went to go get me one of their burritos and they thought put a whole bunch of sauce in the burrito. I wouldn’t notice that the vegetables were brown like the bell peppers were literally brown and it wasn’t from like sautéing and you could literally taste that they taste bad my burrito even smelt bad and also I don’t want a lot of sauce like that on my burrito. They literally drowned my burrito and sauce. Btw I’m pregnant so i don’t wanna be sick from eating bad veggies literally they were going bad also it was during a lunch rush i get how lunch rushes are but thats no excuse for old or going bad food to be served

The service wasn’t friendly at all nor welcoming and I felt rush while I was ordering my bowl. I definitely won’t be back I’ll pick something else that’s around them. I could tell the lady making the food was in a bad mood and we came in at 10:30am when it wasn’t busy. I felt bad for her because obviously she has a job that she hates going to. First and last time I’ll order anything from this place … No I do not won’t a refund and no I do not won’t anything for free.

This was my first experience with Qdoba. The food was amazing! Fresh ingredients, great quality, and good portions. Ms. Maria was VERY helpful with helping me pick out something. She was very patient with me and understanding. Would definitely recommend trying Qdoba!!
