Ordered today from their website. Received a call from the manager and she said that they were out of wings and couldn’t fulfill my order. She thought I was a Door Dasher for some reason. I ordered for pickup. She said she was having trouble cancelling my order, and I told her I couldn’t cancel it because I ordered through their website. She went to talked to her boss and then came back on and told me they’d cancel it when the Dasher came. I explained again that I ordered for pickup for myself, and she told me to hold so she could talk to a manager. She came back on and said he told her they’d cancel it. Well, the tracking says “order complete” and I didn’t get a refund. I guess I’ll call tomorrow and have them fix it. Awful, terrible service and experience. Steer clear of this place! Also, why did they accept my order if they didn’t have the food that’s in their name? Weird.

I’d really like to try this place but being inside another pizza place like John’s Incredible Pizza and not taking orders over the phone and only by door dash like apps is absurd. We were going to order their pizza for the super bowl but way too much time and work to place an order. Come on Boss Pizza you need to make the ordering experience better than this. You’re going to lose a lot of customers with this approach.
