This store maybe specifically can do pizza pretty well, however after multiple times ordering the mango habanero sandwich they have yet to actually put the sauce on the sandwich. They fight back with after its been delivered im aloud to drive up there and get some sauce. At that point the sandwich is cold and this is complete and utter unacceptable customer service. Why have it delivered if I have to go up there to get it right. 4 times in a row including today. Im not one to complain but how hard can it be to make a sandwich right. Its not a matter of just dont order the sandwich, its a matter of get it right.

I recently picked up an order from Domino’s at 107 Corporate Plaza Dr., LaGrange, GA, and everything went smoothly. I got a pepperoni pizza with light cheese, along with wings and garlic knots. The food was very good, and my order was ready right when I arrived. The staff were friendly and efficient, which made the experience even better. Overall, a solid and reliable visit.

Place a delivery order for 645 to 700. Kept track on my order and times kept getting later and later. Finally got a call that my delivery was on the way. Tooo 20 minutes to go 1.7 miles, not to mention took additional 6 minutes to go 200 feet watching the tracker. Finally got my delivery at 722 and the box was crushed. What in the sam hades was you doing. No more ordering from this place. Keep the tip probably need it for your education.

Unreasonably slow service. Placed order online for pickup. Arrived at the store at schedule pickup time only to be told that it would be an additional 15 minutes. Then we actually waited at the store for over 30 minutes to pick up our order. This has happened multiple times to us at this particular location. Staff was friendly, but the wait time is unacceptable.

My husband and I order online for a pick up. The order was made quickly, but the food was not up to par. The marinara bowl had nothing in it, like not even the tip of my spoon was covered as shown in the picture, I order this every time we eat dominos so I know this is not how it’s supposed to be. Our wings had no sauce on them. I don’t know what it is about this store but lately they are going back down hill. They did really well for a little bit when they got a new owner/manager, but I think he got ran off because customer service and food quality have greatly declined.

Terrible service i placed a order for two medium pizzas & a 2 liter drink at 10:20pm. I didnt receive order until 12:15am. The pizza was cold, dry & hard. And on top of that they didnt bring my soda i couldn’t call or contact anyone because they close at 12am.

I ordered my pizza from the Corporate Plaza location in Lagrange, GA at 7:15pm and it is now 9:00pm and I still haven’t received it. I called the store at 8:15 and they said the delivery driver was on the way but I got a notification at 8:20 saying my pizza was just put in the oven. That’s absolutely ridiculous. If they were too busy they shouldn’t have accepted the order. Now my kids and I have waited 2 hours for pizza – so frustrating. The store is literally ten minutes away from me but I will definitely not be ordering from this location again.
