06.07.24 Wanna try it again if they change management or crew. Ordered a Party tray and here are my orders most order was 5.1 lbs but the Orange chicken was 4.1 lbs and the looks you know.
And the ambiance is hoody you know what I mean. This location disappoint.
2years ago They gave a small portion(2 pictures with Shrimp)…

Whenever I order online, I consistently receive the wrong items. What’s strange is that the stickers on the containers show the correct order, so I’m not sure where the mix‑up is happening. It’s frustrating because it keeps happening.

Nasty!

This location doesn’t fully cook their Teriyaki Chicken, I had to throw away the whole plate. It seems like the cooks rush the food, the chicken was slimy and undercooked!

Ok so… I don’t really eat Panda like that due to experiences in the past but I just so happen to be doing Doordash and had an order pickup for this location.

Upon arrival the line was at the door and around the tables… Which is usually a good sign to me.

One because that means the food is more than likely going to be hot and fresh.

While picking up the Doordash, service was executed pretty quickly in comparison to some other Pandas I’ve picked up at… Also a plus.

So with that I decided it was worth giving them a try personally. So I returned during my break of another Doordash day.

Again, upon arrival the line was at the door and my wait was about 7mins before I reached the front to be served.

All the food was fresh and hot, the establishment was occupied with many patriots and this location was clean.

The only drawback about this particular visit was that my sesame chicken was cooked a little too hard for my likings but other than that, they got a thumbs up from me.

If you have a taste for something quick and don’t mind the wait, check them out during lunchtime.

I have been here a few times with my kids since they like the kids meal portions. Now, if you pay close attention when you order your food and they put in the container, they will give you more chow mein or rice and less of whatever item you pick, they will also shake the spoon to give even less as they put in the container and also they will give you more vegetables than the chicken or beef. So, next time you go in, just pay attention when they start serving your food in the container, I have noticed this the last 2 times I have gone there. Just giving some FYI.

Panda Express is a place I used to be able to depend on. It seems that many PEs stopped making the brewed iced teas once they ran out at dinner. Seemed silly since there were dozens of people coming in. I’m sure many would order if available hence why it was always running out. Today I ordered online and I didn’t have the option. I am disabled so I sent my daughter in and was told they don’t have it. I guess this machine is no longer used?? I am truly disappointed and I know it will seem silly to some, but that was my favorite thing to get. I csn go to TJs and get Orange Chicken and broccoli beef, I can buy frozen potstickers but that brewed tea was the best. Without it, there is no point of going anymore.

The best experience ever. The ladies are so kind. I was worried because it’s 10 minutes to closing time but no need to worry here at this location!!! They are so sweet and so kind and the food was still so fresh. I’m so impressed. Thank you Ladies for your kindness and getting me enrolled with Panda Rewards. After a long hard Friday, you went above and beyond. My new favorite location!!!!

I have to edit my rating based on a recent experience at this location. This used to be my favorite location out of Castro Valley/Hayward. Well, not anymore. I was there yesterday afternoon and manager fixing my food didn’t cover my bowl after adding the rice. It sat on the counter uncovered while others fixed other plates and bowls around it. It was kind of busy so the same manager then took over carving the teriyaki chicken. He dropped some on the counter and instead of tossing it he picked it up with the tongs and tossed it back onto the cutting board and was going to mix it in with the chicken for my bowl. I had to shout to get his attention. I was like I DO NOT WANT THAT CHICKEN THAT FELL ON THE COUNTER IN MY BOWL! He nodded and tossed it back into the teriyaki chicken tray where they get the chicken from to serve someone else. At all the other locations I’ve been to, if something falls onto the counter it’s discarded. Not plucked off the counter and tossed back in with the fresh stuff to serve to others. Very unsanitary conditions and the food was not fresh this time. Both the rice and chicken tasted stale.
