Absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing perfect for a sunny brunch or coffee date. The menu is impressively extensive, with so many delicious options that it’s genuinely hard to choose. I ordered the Napoleon cake and it was huge I ended up taking it home and enjoying it for three more days! I also tried their pistachio coffee, and it was such an interesting and unique flavor I had never had anything like it before. Everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Went to this beautiful café in Laguna Beach — hands down, it’s a lovely spot. Street parking was surprisingly easy, which was a nice bonus.
I ordered the boba, but unfortunately it wasn’t great. It had a strong olive-like flavor that wasn’t very appetizing. I also tried the chocolate tiramisu and noticed a small hair on it. I informed the barista, and he immediately replaced it with a fresh one, which I appreciated. The taste was good, but it was slightly on the drier side.
On a positive note, the hazelnut coffee was commendable, smooth, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of my visit.
Overall, this is a great place for coffee and hanging out, especially given the ambiance and location. I’d happily come back for the coffee and the vibe, but I’d probably skip the desserts and boba next time.

Urth Caffe is an amazing brunch spot with something for everyone. The menu is huge, packed with both delicious savory options and sweet treats, plus fantastic coffee and tea. The pastries are especially adorable (and delicious), making it hard to choose just one.
The vibe inside feels cozy and home-like, which makes it perfect for lingering over brunch. Outside, there’s a large patio that feels like a lush yard, full of plants and greenery — such a peaceful and inviting space. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming, which just adds to the overall experience.
Perfect for brunch dates, catching up with friends, or just enjoying a slow morning with great food and drinks. Definitely a go-to spot!

Urth Caffé is a breakfast lover’s happy place. From the first sip of their perfectly brewed coffee to the last bite of their fresh, wholesome breakfast, everything feels thoughtfully done. The ambience strikes that rare balance—chic yet cozy—making it just as great for relaxed catch-ups as it is for quiet solo time.
The staff deserves a special shoutout: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming (the kind that makes mornings better, not just busier). Add to that a prime location that’s easy to reach and even easier to linger in, and you’ve got a spot that checks all the boxes.
Great food, great vibes, great people—Urth Caffé makes breakfast feel like a small win for the day. ☕

This cafe was moderately busy. Service was friendly and cappuccino and espresso were served in a reasonable amount of time. Drinks were very good and there was a great selection of desserts. There was some inside seating and a lot of outdoor space which was appealing. Great place to get a drink while you walk this beautiful area of California.

Urth Caffé in Laguna Beach has a beautiful, laid-back vibe with great outdoor seating and ocean air. We ordered the **avocado pizza**, **honey vanilla latte**, and **pistachio latte** — everything was fresh and flavorful. The avocado pizza was light but satisfying, and both lattes were smooth and unique (the pistachio milk really stands out!).
The café does get very busy, so expect a bit of a wait during peak hours. Staff were friendly, but service was a little slow. Prices are on the higher side, but you’re paying for quality ingredients and the coastal location.
Overall, it’s a great spot for a relaxed brunch or coffee break. Would definitely come back!

I’m gluten free and dairy free, and Urth Café is one of my absolute favorites! The location alone is perfect — great for a relaxed lunch and just a quick walk across the road to the beach. Plus, there’s this adorable little seagull that always hangs out on the water-fountain ball. He’s super friendly and not aggressive at all, just vibing.
My usual order is the chicken and green chile tamales, but they were sold out this time, so I tried the Mediterranean Plate instead — and wow, the hummus and falafel were incredible! My wife stuck with her go-to, the sprout sandwich on gluten-free bread. One of the things I love most about this place is that they don’t upcharge for gluten-free bread, which is so rare and so appreciated.
The side salad dressing is another standout for me — seriously delicious. Overall, Urth Café is such a great spot to grab a meal or meet up with friends. Highly recommend!

I normally don’t write reviews. But. So we just got married the day before on 11/22/25. Always drove by here when we’re in Laguna. We wanted to grab a quick bite before heading out. I got the Any Style Eggs (Over easy) and Pancakes. It took a while to get them. Which is reasonable cause it was busy and I expected that. When the food came. Looked great. But my eggs were cold. Pancakes were lukewarm. I thought, hmmm, is this the way the eggs are suppose to come out here? So being tired from our great night before. I didn’t say anything. Went ahead and ate them. Taste was off. But seems like they didn’t have anyone making sure the food came out as it should, like warm at least. Seemed like the eggs were sitting there a bit waiting to be taken out to us. I told friends who have been and they said eggs should not be cold. I guess it’s on me for not asking. Coming from a catering standpoint, the person in the back or the person bringing the food out needs to make sure it’s at the right temp. Especially at the prices they have.
