Waited 30min for 1 cheese, 1 pepperoni, 1 order of breads ticks. Asked what was taking so long and the girl who told me it would only be a 10minute wait decided to have an attitude because I asked what was holding up my order. If the wait was going to be 30+min then I should have never been told it would be around 10min. I would have never ordered here had I known. I won’t be back due to poor service. Employee looks miserable and it shows that she doesn’t want to be there. 12/2/25 6:00pm. Terrible experience as I only came here for it to be quick. 5 customers waiting in the lobby. Last gentlemen couldn’t get them to take his order so he walked out. Ridiculous.

The service here is terrible. They gave NY order away and acted like it was my fault. Had me there for 30mins because they had to remake it. No apology, little girl just said, “Here go yo pizza.” That was it! Please learn to teach your workers’ manners and how to properly identify orders!

Took food over an hour, no service at the office. Watched someone “put” my food in the warmer then on a shelf and walk away with out seeing whose it was to be ignored for 15 more minutes. I want to share my complaint on the lady that was working on February 15th of this year, I went in to order a pizza and the lady was very frustrated because of some order, it was a young man there, very mindful and respectful but she just wouldn’t give him a break for nothing, she kept getting nasty with him and thru it all he didn’t disrespect her or anything negative towards her, im sure her name was Judy cause of past encounters with her so,,, but we are all entitled to have a bad day, but i think she should have stayed home yesterday instead of taking her frustrations out on that young man.

My transaction was handled by JAYDEN and I’ve not had such EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE as this for far too long. This area is especially grungy, and I’m constantly dealing with workers who don’t want to do their job. JAYDEN was an above and beyond employee with RESPECT, COMMUNICATION, and PROMPT details that I forgot where I was. Give this young man a raise. He very much deserves it

Whoever made my hot and ready pepperoni pizza nov29 at around 9:30pm made me the BEST pizza I’ve had in a minute. Cheese was super cheesy and pepperoni and crust was crispy.
