The place is disgusting it’s constantly dirty and the employees are super rude and disrespectful while people are trying to eat and are talking on the phone super loudly, along with HITTING on me while I’m just trying to enjoy my 15 minute break. They also talk bad about people and they NEVER clean the restaurant it’s horribly dirty and their supposed to open at 8:30 and sometimes they won’t open til noon DO NOT EAT AT THE WALMART SUBWAY!!!!

I was in a group who came in & sat down. The servers were friendly & helpful, and the food matched our orders, and the place was clean (including the restroom). The spinach looked sad, but that’s a common problem with spinach. I would visit again.

DoorDashed a Philly and have never had a sandwich from Subway look this bad before. Literally overflowing and I only had two toppings other than steak and cheese. Will not order from this location again..

This is the second time in a week I have placed a mobile pickup order. Both times they messed up on of the two subs first time forgot the bacon on a chicken bacon ranch. And the second time messed up the same chicken bacon ranch and forgot the cheese. I would excuse this at other places where changes and alterations are normal, but these are regular ingredients there missing and there system prints pick up tickets literally in order of ingredients.

4 people working inside, and they closed the lobby because of a lack of staffing. As a result, me, and the 4 other people who tried to use the lobby had to go through the drive thru. Since I was with my truck and trailer, I had to walk through the drive thru to get my order. The 3rd person behind us was picking up a door dash order, and simply had to wait while it got cold… After all that, they managed to get our order completely wrong. I wish there was a way to give negative stars… The only positive was I finally noticed the door 20′ in the air over the drive thru menu board, complete with a storm door; it was so out of place I had to get a picture.

Thanks Subway, I guess I’ll melt my own Melt. Pretty sure these are supposed to be put in a hot press.. well it came in the brown bag but definitely wasn’t pressed or melted at all.. im sure I paid the premium price too.. other than that servers were nice but may need a little training on making sandwiches.. it wasn’t even busy.. last week they didn’t get that sandwich right either, seems to be an ongoing thing.. but hey at least there are people working.

The food is fine. I wouldn’t place mobile or online orders. They usually don’t read if you add extra meat or cheese so you end up paying extra and picking up a standard sandwich. This has happened 3 times now and is definitely frustrating

I was in town and ordered on the app for a quick pickup. They were fast despite being busy. I get a lot of Subway in Indy, and this was by far the best Subway sandwich I’ve had. Ingredients were fresh and properly proportioned. Well done

By far the worst subway I’ve ever been to. After sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes I was finally able to make my order. They forgot one of my items so I went inside and it was visibly dirty, they were using gloved hands to touch all surfaces including the POS and oven handles and then back to the food. The counter tops were covered in food and sauce. Once I finally recieved all items I realized my sandwich had not been fully cooked, the meat was cold and the vegetables were mushy and old. I’ve never been so disappointed in such a mediocre sandwich place but they reached a new low.
