⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐First Watch, First Class, and Sky-High Service!
We had an absolutely fantastic wholesome family breakfast at First Watch on Garth Road in Baytown this Saturday! Our experience was made truly special by our waitress, Sky, who was phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and just on top of everything. The food was nothing short of Grade A delicious; we started with an awesome lemon blueberry cornbread and followed it up with the savory steak chimichurri hash. We capped it all off by sharing the strawberry tres leches French toast, which was everything I’ve ever dreamed for in a weekend breakfast. Honestly, it’s clear why they call it First Watch—because after you take that first bite, you just want to sit there and watch everyone else enjoy their food while you happily demolish yours! We will definitely be back to see Sky and try more of the menu.

I deleted my last review from 3 years ago to give yall an updated one. I STILL LOVE THIS PLACE!
I have been coming here since 2021, maybe earlier. Y’all, the whole staff is so nice and friendly! I used to come often but now, I only come for my birthday (late December) because I did move 2 hours away. And while I do pass up other First Watch locations, I will travel further for the one in Baytown! I really don’t mind that it’s a 4 hour round trip because the other locations are just not as friendly and have gotten my order wrong multiple times. So I come to this one because it’s the best! 🙂
I either get Dominique, Fonzi, or Angel as my servers because I love that their service has always been perfect but this time, Traci was my server and I gotta tell yall, I recommend her too!
She gladly sat my family down at one of her tables while they waited for me to arrive. It took about 8 minutes for Traci to notice that the whole party arrived but once she noticed, she was spot on! I love a server who smiles, welcomes you, says their name, writes the order down, and repeats the order! That is what she did!
It was close to closing time so I understand the kitchen was moving slower than usual, probably cleaning up but Traci check on us and saw we didn’t have our drinks yet so she made them for us and then the food came out not too long after.
The plating is taken to consideration as much as the ingredients that they use for all of this delicious, fresh food. When I go to a restaurant, I usually order the same thing since I’m a vegetarian but at First Watch, I am able to try new things and i have lots of options to choose from, which I love!
The servers here always provide some of the best service i have ever experienced and they are thanked with a great tip!

I had a wonderful experience at First Watch. Our waiter Lulu was highly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was prepared with care, and the service was fast and professional without feeling rushed. My first time at First Watch and TRACI was my waitress.
She was very professional and kept her services at my table, as well as her work area to a pleasing standard with checking on her guest and engaged in mild conversation which I appreciate.
The food and drinks came out in a decent time.
As far as the store itself, it was clean and everyone was friendly, I will definitely visit this location soon.

Agree with negative reviews unfortunately! We wanted to give this place a try. We are a little bit disappointed. Maybe more than that. I got veggie patatoes bowl, patatoes were burned. The waiter got wrong order brought a very dry waffle , it was very bad and we got charged for it. I wanted a to go cup for my coffee, she brought iced coffee latte full of sugar and we got charged for it. Terrible experience. 2 people breakfast $65

I have been here a handful of times, and every time I come the food is exceptional. Although the portions may not look large, they are definitely filling. Today, Emma was very sweet and gave excellent suggestions. Mark, who was the runner was also very kind and gave good feedback on the food. Usually, Tracy attends to us and also gives excellent service. Any item that’s on the seasonal menu is gonna be savory and delicious!
