Ran through McDonald’s for a quick breakfast and it was a smooth experience. My Egg McMuffin was hot and fresh, and the hash browns were perfectly crispy. The drive-thru line moved fast and the staff were friendly at the window.
The only thing I’d mention is my coffee wasn’t as hot as I would’ve liked, but it still tasted good. Overall, quick, convenient, and exactly what I needed to start the day.

Several times a week we get drive thru as my mom loves their food. Tonight was the last time. They get our orders wrong in some form or fashion every single time. And tonight, they didn’t add her hamburger at all ,but did add a box of thousand island I assume was a side order, but it was not ours…its too expensive to keep messing up our orders 🙁

This is ridiculous I’ve been sitting in the drive through for over 15 minutes and I’m gonna get the second car. And they have not took nobody orders, cars has pulled off. And I was a manager myself, I know there’s a timer, I don’t even see how they don’t get suspended for this, because this is so unacceptable. Bad.n Service, slow, they need to hire some more people.n That knows what they’re doing because they obviously don’t care, and it’s always like this on first tree. They need to fire everybody in there and rehire people that’s going to work, and it is dedicated to their job.

When visiting this McDonald’s while staying at the residence inn, was HORRIBLE! It smelled BAD, it wasn’t nobody in there but 3 homeless men and only two female workers! One was taking orders and the other one was cooking! They was very professional, but we’re are the other workers! My food was okay… could of been better! It’s sad our city don’t care about how these restaurants are kept up and who’s running them!

This McDonald has been remodeled since the last time I was in there. I like the new look. Place was pretty clean. One of employees was cleaning the dining room while I was in there. The employees were very friendly, but the young black man working the register needs to watch his language on the front line. My sausage egg biscuit was pretty good.

They make you wait 10 minutes or more at the drive thru before they actually respond on the intercom. If you’re hungry and want an efficient service this place is not for you. I’ve tried ordering to this place as I live close but they disappoint most of the time. Its pointless to have a 24/7 fast food service when people don’t wanna do no work especially early in the morning.

I recently visited this location around 1 p.m., and the staff member who assisted me—possibly a manager—seemed noticeably dismissive and unapproachable, and her tone came across as aggressive.
I understand that this location may deal with challenging situations at times, including interactions with individuals experiencing homelessness or addiction, but I believe all customers, especially paying customers, should consistently be treated with respect and professionalism.
Additionally, the food I received was prepared somewhat carelessly, and my drink was not filled to the top. When I politely asked if it could be topped off, I was told, “That’s as full as it’s going to get.” I chose not to argue, but after observing how the staff member spoke to the next customer, I felt compelled to share this experience.
This McDonald’s is the closest location to my school, so I’m likely to return for convenience, but I sincerely hope Corporate can provide additional support to ensure a more welcoming and courteous atmosphere.
This is a on going thing at this McDonalds.
On a positive note, the store itself appeared clean for the most part.

I would give this location no stars for their failed breakfast service. My husband needed assistance with using the kiosk in the lobby. When he asked & told the worker all she did was point & say you have to order over there at the kiosk. Being the only one in the lobby waiting for his order. The food was horrible. Once he got into the bag of food We noticed our food wasn’t properly wrapped and fell out of the wrappers they came in, the food was slightly warm, and our drinks were o.j. & soda and both were nothing other than just flavored water. Yet, this location has on its board behind the cashiers that their #1 on Broadway!! I seriously doubt that is true.

The girl working the drive-through was really nice, but the food was not The best. My fries were really cold and old. I asked for a double cheeseburger and I got a Mcdouble instead. It wasn’t busy when I went. There was only one of the car in front of me.
