I usually visit this location and get the hard shell tacos. Most of the time they are overly conservative with the meat. Staff is not very friendly or inviting. The restaurant is always clean, food is fair.

The staff are very polite and helpful..I had a fairly large order for pick up ..They offered to help me carry it out to my car ..I didn’t need the help but was nice to be offered the food was amazing good portions and delicious. Stopped by here withfriends during a lunch break and let me tell you, exceptional. Staff was superb, and fast and easy to order. Very clean and the bathroom is easy to locate. You should 100% stop in when you can!

I usually avoid chain restaurants, even smaller ones like Salsa Fresca, but I was on Route 55, it was 1:30pm, and I was hungry, so what the heck, right?
First, the good:
Food: My BBQ shredded beef burrito was both delicious and HUGE! Fresh ingredients, just the right amount of spice, build your own selections. Yum.
Service: Super friendly and efficient team all around. Lots of smiles. Great!
Atmosphere: Nice inside, though the bathroom felt a bit sticky. I ate outside, and there are several picnic tables too if you’re a larger group and the weather is nice.
Beverage selection: Boylans… a treat!
Now the not so good:
Price: Yes, I know it’s not Taco Bell, but for 1 burrito and a soda, it was almost $20 with the $2 tip. It’s a bit steep in my book.
All in all, it was a very good experience and meal.

This is supposed to be a Mexican restaurant? Because I would not say so. I ordered a burrito tonight and it was absolutely horrible. It quite literally tasted disgusting. There was nothing Mexican about it. Barely any meat if any, no sour cream, super salty and was the worst burrito I have ever had. Completely unsatisfying and I’m annoyed that my dinner is now in the garbage can. I highly would never recommend this place for Mexican food or food at all for that matter. Very disappointed.

I wouldn’t recommend going to this location. Me and my family decided to try something new and have heard nothing but good things about this place, not to mention the reviews!
Mind you I let the employee know that this is our first time here so bear with us.
Here is why I wouldn’t go back. We went during dinner rush 6:30pm to be exact, they don’t close until 9pm, and figured there would be plenty of food. We were very wrong! They didn’t have the taco shells for the bowls. First disappointment. Then they didn’t have any shredded beef, only ground beef and chicken. They refused to cook anymore ANYTHING!
2nd disappointment they gave us two small scoops of rice, not even enough to fill the bowl.
Even through all this we decided to still go through with it and continued to the register.
We ordered 4 bowls and 1 nachos. This came to $64!!!
Super disappointed and won’t be going back to this location! I will stick to Chipotle’s!!!

Good food. Everything tasted great. They went light on the avocado and lettuce which wasn’t cool. It was like the lettuce and avocado version of Lacroix flavoring, you wouldn’t know it’s there unless you read the package.

pretty abysmal experience, which was disappointing because i love the location in poughkeepsie. came in for the student deal at 1:57 (which starts at 2pm), they rush the order and make us pay immediately so we couldn’t get the deal. we kindly asked to wait the extra moment for the deal to kick in (which would’ve saved us over the cost of one of the meals). they refused and said that we couldn’t. didn’t give us utensils or napkins. meat was greasier than normal. very disappointing.

One of my favorite places to grab a quick bite. Try the San Juan salad (added guacamole to mine), I ate it 3 days in a row (don’t judge me)! Not really sure how healthy it is but it has to be better than fries and a burger.
