Good time at Red Robin. We had a party of 8 and only had to wait about 10 minutes on a Monday night. Fries were good, and bottomless as advertised. Sometimes the bottom of the fries is found. Our service was pretty good, enjoyed a birthday dinner for our kid with Red Robin.

The service here is top notch. Ryker is the best server in existence. I’ve been here well over 10 times and I’ve never had as good of an experience than I did with Ryker. Efficient, personable, super hilarious and just an all out awesome guy.

If you come here, make sure to request Ryker as your server. You won’t regret it.

Ryker, if you see this keep them jokes flowing and keep making everyone’s experience the best it can be. Truly the best time I’ve had red robin ever. Yummmm

We just had the best experience ever! Great food and an exceptional waiter! Ryker was the BEST… EVER!!! He paid attention to the smallest details to make it a special dining experience rather than just going out for a family dinner. It felt like he made it a goal with finding ways to make it unique and individualized for our family… making sure each person felt important and got what they wanted (even the cherries for our toddler that had pointed to the menu and asked for cherries).

I’ve been to this location a handful of times before and they’ve all been good. This time I went was a step above. The food was so amazingly delicious and the service was excellent. Ryker was my server and he was INCREDIBLE. Funny, helpful, personable, bro was fantastic.

Ryker if you’re reading this, I don’t know what they pay you but it ain’t enough. You need. No, DESERVE a raise. Keep up the great work and jokes. YUMMM

We had to go somewhere else to get food after we ate here. The food was very unappetizing. The boneless wings were not wings. The breading was thicker than the meat. The teriyaki sauce did not taste good at all. The new fish sandwich was just two of their fried fish on a bun. Again, the breading was so thick that there was barely any fish. We paid 3.69 a piece for a glass of Coke and had to call it good because the food was so bad! So disappointing!

It has been a few years since I have eaten at this Red Robin. The last time I was in it smelled of mold, so much so it forced me to use my inhaler and had to leave.
TODAY was much better. We got there just as they opened. The smell was mostly gone and I was able to stay and enjoy my delicious lunch exactly the way I ordered it! Our waitress was very nice and stayed on top of things, never had to ask for a refill or more of anything. Whatever changed…. Keep improving’ Red Robin is my favorite restaurant. It’s been so sad not having a “good one” around. Thanks for making it better.

My experience at Red Robin was a bit of a mixed bag. The atmosphere was lively, the service was fantastic, but the food—specifically the salmon—left something to be desired. The salmon was way too fishy, and honestly, they should take a cue from Hug-Hes Cafe and buy their salmon the same way. Seriously, Hug-Hes knows how to get it right, and Red Robin could benefit from following suit.

What really saved the night was Blake, our waiter. He was absolutely amazing! He remembered every detail of our order without missing a beat, stayed attentive the whole time, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. On top of that, he was incredibly smart—honestly felt like he was the sharpest person in the room—but he carried himself with a humble, approachable attitude. Blake is the kind of server that elevates the entire dining experience.

While the salmon wasn’t a win, the rest of the meal was solid, and the drinks were good. The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff seemed to work well as a team. If they could upgrade their salmon game, it would make the experience even better.

Overall, Red Robin gets points for great service (thanks to Blake!) and a fun atmosphere, but the salmon definitely needs improvement. If you’re stopping by, I’d recommend sticking with the burgers or other menu items—they’ve got those down.

Amazing experience. Went on a Saturday night and was able to be sat immediately. My waiter Cassie got us our drinks and appetizer sooo quick. Food was out super quick too and was really great, 10/10 would recommend the donuts tower!
Can’t write enough about how awesome Cassie was. Super personable and professional and really made us feel taken care of.

The food was great, but the service was terrible. The burger was tasty and filling. I loved the fries, especially in the fry sauce with the bit of bbq flavor. People who arrived after us had drinks and fries before we saw our server… and it wasn’t busy. No refills. Barely any contact with her at all.

Follow up: Guest support reached out because of our service. They didn’t want to apologize or make things right, they just wanted the servers name. Talk about flubbing a chance to make things right. I did not give them the servers name and now have a much more negative opinion of Red Robin. Terrible customer service from corporate, the server who ignored us did a better job.

I had to write a review because our service was unbelievable great. Blake, he never let my drink go empty. Our fries never ran out. Even with my 2 year old he was very patient and kind. It was a Monday evening,and surprisingly busy. Yet he handled it like we were his only table. My double burger was huge and very good. My wife had fish and chips, the price for what you get is amazing. My boy was distracted and only ate his fries, and a lot of them. So a big shout out to Blake
