This location is terrible. They never have anything you order and what they do have is old and dried out. Hard as a rock. Spent $70 on this trash to get home start eating the dried out chicken and to find some orange plastic tag in my bucket of chicken. Battle Creek Columbia Ave location needs a major overhaul. Someone needs to be fired for this trash. Good thing no one had this in the chicken or other food and choked on it. Dont get me started on how nasty and rude these lazy employees are. Kfc used to be a great place to eat. Now it’s expensive small portions and not worth buying anymore. Very disappointing

I ordered on the app in the lobby.
When they gave me my order nothing was said.
I checked my order and I didn’t get any breast.
I reported it. They said they was out of white meat but didn’t say anything to me either way. I paid extra for extra white meat. They said they couldn’t give me a refund. I said what was they going to do to fix the problem. They said that I would have to come back tomorrow. I stated don’t you need my name and he said yes, so when I told him he stated that he would have staff write it down and walked away with nothing else being said.

Ordered a famous bowl through the app and didn’t get it because there were no more potatoes for it. The lady didn’t even apologize and told me to just get a refund through the app.
Besides that, my 3 piece chicken also looks terrible. I wanted it extra crispy, not extra torn apart.

Came inside waited for several minutes at the counter finally someone came to the counter (with no name tag) Lady, Orderd leg thigh combo .Received best leg (found out later) Went to sit down and every table had food on it So I go back up to counter where I had to wait several more minutes before someone came to the counter and I asked to speak with Manager. So a skinny kid(gray shirt ,no name tag) comes up and I say are u the manager he said yes So I tell him all of your tables are dirty and there is no where to sit ,he said ok and I look at him and he said um ok I’ll get somebody to clean them .I am not sure if everyone here is on drugs or what exactly is going on However it sure was my perspective today.I later go up to tell them they gave me a chicken brest rather then a thigh And hear the Lady tell another customer they are out of white meat so I say well u just gave me white meat .Sorry I can NOT give a good review. Several other customers are just waiting for someone to show up and do there job when they feel like serving the customers I guess .Maby a bell or button for service .people are just back there looking at u However no one comes forward for some time.

Stopped here for a late lunch, ordered and paid, after taking our order the people at the counter somehow got confused between number of the meal and number of pieces, and regardless of what we said they just wanted to argue and tell us what we wanted. Finally we gave up and just asked for our money back, that made it even worse but after a good bit more arguing we did leave with our money, barely. Had to go elsewhere for food and wouldn’t recommend anyone going here, unless you are just in the mood to argue with idiots.

If I could give no stars, I would this is the worst KFC I I’ve ever been to in my entire life. They got every order they get wrong. They gave nacho cheese instead of macaroni and cheese. They don’t know what they’re doing they they take your order when you clearly laid out I would not go here and I think management or corporate needs to get a hold of people because you’re gonna have a horrible experience going here. Everybody need to really get retrained or be let go.

Tried to come thru the drive thru last night. Was in line for 10 minutes waiting not moving at all, the car in front of us pulled out of line and then we were behind the car at the window. After a few more minutes my partner calls out the window to the car at the speaker to see if they have even taken her order and the lady replied she has been sitting there for 20 MINUTES with no communication from the inside workers. We immediately pulled out of line and went to Lee’s Chicken and had a nice dinner from there instead. I already didn’t want to go to KFC cuz I know its bad there but I guess thank you for finally convincing my partner to never come back to you cuz y’all suck and I’m suprised both this location and the pennfield location is still open.

Normally when i go there is a black lady that does the drivethrough and she is fantastic. Today it was some one different. Not only was my order completely wrong twice, the lid they put on my pop had another pop color splashed on it on the inside of the lid. How do i know this lid wasnt on the floor or laying on the counter for x amount of time. The lids come out of a dispencer so that means they had it laying on the counter. They can get everything wrong but they never forget to ask you if you want to round up to a dollar for donations. Focus one step at a time. Get the orders right first.
