As for service, Joey took care of us and he absolutely killed it. He and his partner (unfortunately I forget her name) made sure we had everything we needed and our water was always topped off. They cooked our meat to perfection and I felt like the service offered by the staff here is clearly a cut above a lot of other restaurants in the area. Shoutout to Joey for an unforgettable meal and for helping us celebrate our friend’s birthday!

Extraordinary eats. Breathtaking atmosphere. Above-and-beyond service.

I have had the pleasure of visiting COTE Miami previously but COTE Las Vegas blows it out of the water! Joey and Anthony were the most amazing servers one could ask for. This restaurant deserves more acclaim based on just them. The food speaks for itself. The Butcher’s Feast is a MUST. Tender meats alongside flavorful banchan concocts the perfect blend of Korean cuisine. The Steak & Eggs is also a must have appetizer. The Finesse is my go-to drink as it is an earl grey mocktail. I really cannot put into words how stunning this restaurant is, through and through. I highly, highly recommend grabbing dinner here and make sure to come hungry! Most nights will be booked out so make sure to grab a reservation ASAP. They do have a cancellation waitlist if you are walking-in.

I’ve eaten at many high end and celebrity chef restaurants, and I usually walk away with the same takeaway: the food is great, but rarely good enough to justify the price or the overall experience. That’s why I surprised myself with COTE. It’s the first upscale restaurant I genuinely plan to return to, and likely visit a few times a year when friends are in town or for work events.

What truly sets COTE apart is the complete experience, from the atmosphere and energy to the professionalism of the staff. We did have a small service hiccup where one of the meats was overcooked, but it was resolved quickly and seamlessly, without any disruption to the evening.

The bill can add up fast, but the Butcher’s Feast, priced just under $100 per person, left us comfortably full. That said, the experience does depend on your preferences. If you’re not big on sides, you may find yourself wanting a bit more, while those who love sides might fill up before finishing all the meat. Personally, I enjoyed a balance of everything and left completely satisfied.

Another standout was how knowledgeable and engaging the staff was. I appreciated learning about the quality of the products and what to expect throughout the dining experience. With locations in New York, Miami, and now Las Vegas, COTE feels right at home in Vegas.

If you’re looking for a unique, high end dining experience that still feels modern, lively, and approachable, this is absolutely the place to go.

The best Korean BBQ I’ve ever had in my life. Also, the best waiter/waitress team I’ve ever had as well. Everything and everyone was fantastic. The DJ even agreed to play our song for our anniversary!! Makes me wish I lived in Vegas so that I can keep coming back

Fantastic experience overall. I really appreciate that this restaurant focuses on very high-quality meats rather than the AYCE format that dominates a lot of the Vegas dining scene. I actually think this location is better than the one in NYC.

I went twice in the same week. The first time, I ordered à la carte, and the service was truly exceptional—easily some of the best service I’ve experienced at any restaurant, including a number of three-Michelin-star spots I’ve dined at around the world. Everything felt effortless, attentive, and perfectly paced.

The second visit, I tried the Butcher’s Feast. The food was very good, though there were a few minor hiccups when I made some special requests. My impression is that the Butcher’s Feast runs like a very tight system, with the staff following a specific flow. When I asked for things like rice, garlic, and sesame oil, it seemed to throw things off a bit—I had to ask for the garlic 4 times times, and I noticed the sesame oil didn’t have salt this time, which it did on my first visit.

None of that is meant as a real criticism. Even with those small issues, the service was still exceptional, friendly and polished. The space itself is beautiful, and the live DJ adds a great energy without overpowering the experience.

I just wish they offered lunch service—I’d be back even more often. Reservations are tough to get, but for me, it was well worth the effort.

Seldom does a restaurant truly live up to the hype. This one didn’t just meet it, it exceeded it.
The food alone would be reason enough to return. I opted for the feast, and it was outstanding. I highly recommend trusting your server’s guidance as they know exactly what pairs best. There were dishes included that I wouldn’t normally gravitate toward, yet I found myself enjoying every bite. It always took something simple and elevated it. Each course was cooked to perfection tableside.
What truly stood out, though and what clearly contributes to their Michelin star..is the level of precision and attention to detail in the service. The entire operation runs like a well-oiled machine. Servers work seamlessly as a team, supporting multiple tables at once. I watched Michael effortlessly balance engaging conversation, cooking steaks, and then smoothly stepping away, never abruptly to attend to the next table, all while other servers circulated to clear plates, check in, and keep everything moving flawlessly.
Behind the scenes, communication was constant. Servers kept managers informed of where each table was in the meal, specific preferences, and even small details—nothing was overlooked. It was genuinely impressive to sit back and observe.
This is clearly one of the most demanding jobs in the service industry, and Michael executed it with absolute professionalism. The experience was exceptional from start to finish.

Great high end KBBQ experience. Been meaning to try this. They normally only do dinner but during CES they experimented with it a lunch course. Pretty good. Good Food. Great presentation. Great Service. Doesn’t top the Japanese Steak experience we frequented in Tokyo but for what it is, it’s pretty good. Would mos def come back for the dinner experience.

You’re either coming here because you heard this is a Michelin star restaurant from New York or you want KBBQ on the strip and this is your only option. If you’d also like to feel like you’re in the club of Las Vegas while eating food then that may be beneficial to you as well. But in my opinion if you want KBBQ in Las Vegas, there are better options where the uber drive would be more cost efficient than coming here.

We got the course menu for 4 people with high expectations. While it was decent, the wait in between each piece wasn’t worth it. They choose big thick steaks which sound good and look good. But the factor is that it takes long to cook and you’re pretty much spending most of your time waiting. The server(s) will be the one cooking for you but since it seems pretty random, another server may come and do the same.

I understand that this is on Las Vegas and it sits at a different price point, but the disappointing part was the quality of the food fell short of it drastically. Their banchan (side dishes) weren’t mind blowing as much as some of the servers may over describe it.

The service can be good depending on which server decides to help you at that time. Some can be really knowledgeable about all the dishes but then disappear leaving you with another random server. You may request something from one server and then either it takes long or they forget. And then another server comes and you have to repeat the process over.

The decor is definitely up there with the expectation of Las Vegas with their high ceilings, dim lighting, and foliage decor. Each table seems like you’re at a night club booth as they’re all spaced out throughout the venue. When we were there, there was a DJ there playing loud music. For some it may be a vibe, while others it may be difficult to have a conversation.

Overall, I wouldn’t suggest this to a person that likes Korean BBQ and knows quality. This place is meant for someone that likes a club atmosphere vibe while eating food, which isn’t common in Vegas. I can see what they’re trying to do and the allure behind it but it’s not worth it in my opinion. For the price point, you can get a really good steak somewhere else which would be a better experience.

We had an amazing dinner at COTE! We arrived a little late for our reservation due to traffic so we started with very tasty drinks at the bar while we waited for a table to open up. We ended up waiting for a while so the bartender brought us a couple appetizers which we really appreciated.

Once we were at our table, we went with the Butcher’s Feast for the two of us and it was so much food. All of the steaks were delicious and we enjoyed every single side as well. We were celebrating my birthday so they brought us both their awesome soft serve to end the meal.

The food was awesome and so was the service. Our table was touched constantly by the cook checking our meat on the grill or our server checking on our drinks. The restaurant is also just a fun experience for couples or groups compared to the regular steakhouses in town. DEFINITELY A MUST TRY!!
