Store was very busy on the inside was waiting at drive for 20 minutes we had one of the boys run inside and buy a bag of burgers plain and dry with cheese he got it before us crazy because we ordered 10 minutes before him. I ended up walking inside to see how much longer it was going to take for our food no a single glance from no one even the person sitting at the front i was standjng right infront of her not a glace. Employees sitting on their butt instead of helping during a tiny rush i work fast food myself so use that to know it was bad.

Bathrooms need to be cleaned, the store needs to be cleaned, we were here for about an hour and never saw anyone clean a table or sweep the floor. The ice machine was empty and drink machine area was filthy with patrons having to get ketchup on drink lids because nothing had been refilled.

I have eaten at Braums many times and the food has always been good. I especially like the Hamburgers, always juicy and tasty. And for dessert, you can’t beat the many different choices of Ice Cream. Braums also carries many other items like milk, bread, meats, cheeses, fruits and more. If you haven’t tried Braums milk, you’re missing out. The people working here have always been friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back many more times.

Really would like for employees to speak English. Very hard to communicate and or ask a question if the employees just look at you and smile. Very nice folks just frustrating when they don’t tell you the right amount your being charged because of a language barrier.

I got 2 double scoop ice cream cones from Sarah today and asked her why she put so little ice cream in the cones. And I referenced her to the picture on the menu that it’s supposed to look like this. She ignored me, saying they got in trouble for putting that much in a cone.
Which makes me feel like I am being overly charged for a cone with a bit of ice cream!! May not come back again.

We always seem to have good luck here. I’m sad to see people saying it’s dirty. I’ve never experienced that. Food is always fresh and delicious for fast food. The people working are always kind. Love their milk!
