The owner was one of the nicest people I have ever met and that is not an exaggeration! She was so nice and just so sweet and is very proud of their restaurant and it shows in the quality and the taste. I’m usually not a big fan of Chinese food and my wife ordered it, I picked it up and the owner literally let me taste my food before I the whole order was complete and it was delicious!
Anyway whenever I am in this direction I will definitely come back not just for the food but for the friendly people.

Kind owners, clean space, great American Chinese!
The chicken was fresh, it pulled apart and was not some ground chicken creation.
Dishes are saucy, asked for sweet and sour on the side and was happy for that decision.
Portion sizing is great! Lunch special is a lot for one person, took home half of it.
Hot tea is superb! Jasmine tea was flavorful and hot.
There is a restroom in the back in the restaurant.

Cute locally owned place! They forgot one of our meals but we ordered quite a bit of food, it happens, but if you go here double check your order! They’re only doing take out as of June 2022. The crab rangoons were very good!

Metal in my kids food!!! We used to like this place and would come here very often, but after are last visit we will no longer be eating there. At 630 on3 night We ordered pork fried rice and orange chicken. After binging it home we started to dish up the food onto plated. When we were spreading the rice out to cool down we found a piece of metal infused with a piece of meat. It looks like maybe a piece of steel wool or something. I immediately but the food back in th3 containers and tried to bing it back to gwt a refund when I arrived back at the restaurant to return my food the were closed before 7. I tried to call and voice my concerns and all they said was they would remake my food. My family and I will not be eating here again due to the unsafe and uncleanness of the establishment.

Food was ok not the best the lady and the man that owns it talks about how it’s the best food ever the entire time even while your eating they then gave me and my friend out of date menus so when we paid the bill was much more then we expected the owner then said this menu is 10 years old did he not tell you we both said no and she freaked out pointing at papers taped the the wall saying that’s the prices when we were getting ready to pay someone got takeout and asked if they could keep a menu the lady then said yes then said don’t look at prices out of date 10 years old laughing at us staring at me and my friend there food isn’t very good they do give you a lot of food but it’s just your average Chinese if not a bit worse I give this a one star due to the owners being rude and disrespectful

China Restaurant was a great little spot to cure our late evening munchies. We popped in about a half hour before close and the owners were excited to have us. Great service. Food was good. The WAR won ton soup bowl is basically an entree w/ chicken, beef, pork, veggies and won tons. You should hit this place up if you are hungry and in Waldport.

This place is very small. We missed it at first drive by. We ordered chicken fried rice, broccoli beef, beef chowmain , orange chicken, and potstickers. Broccoli beef and beef chowmain were good, but orange chicken and potstickers were quite disappointing. Fried rice was just mediocre. Orange chicken was all batter with little chicken, and lacked any orange flavor. Overall, the food here is more like the Chinese fast food from a shopping mall than what I would expect from a restaurant. Not worth the cost. Will not return.
