I came today with my boyfriend for my birthday. At first there was an issue with our server but Rey took over and completely turned things around. She had no issue helping her co worker and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Food came out fast, she kept our drinks filled, and wrote a beautiful ‘Happy Birthday’ message even though we got our dessert for take out. She deserves a raise for all her effort! It was much appreciated and made our night<3

Got right in on a Sat afternoon. Waitress was great. Menu was broad. Looking for a high protein meal, I went with the Meatballs Parmesan appetizer, zupa toscana, and Chicken Marsala. Everyone in our party chose a different dish and loved it. Good comfort food with lots of garlic, basil, cream, cheese, meat, and pasta, the way it should be.

In November 2025, we visited Olive Garden in American Fork, Utah. On Tuesday, November 11th, or Veterans Day, Olive Garden offers Veterans a free meal from a list of possible meal choices. The food was delicious and thank you, Olive Garden, for treating Veterans so nicely on Veterans Day.

We had a phenomenal experience at Olive Garden thanks to our server Tara! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and super fast. We received our food in less than 10 minutes after sitting down, which was amazing. Tara made sure we were taken care of the entire time and checked on us often without being overbearing.
Honestly we had the best experience because of her she truly made our visit exceptional. Thank you Tara! We’ll definitely be back!

I ordered from them on Valentine’s Day and I was expecting chaos. However, they set proper expectations with regard to food availability (1.5 hr wait). When I went to go pick it up the worker bringing the food out named Emily was very friendly and efficient.The food was delicious (Especially the new steak and shrimp bucatini!) and I had a very positive experience all around.

Pasta was good and so was the service.
The sirloin was regrettable. I ordered it medium rare and it came out closer to blue or rare. I had to send it back. The second time steak came out well done. I didn’t bother sending back a third time.
Again pasta and table service was awesome. Getting the steak here is a definite mistake.

My recent experience with Olive Garden was very disappointing. On February 14th, we placed a takeout order for dinner at home. Everything seemed fine when we picked it up; however, after eating the food, we both felt ill.
We believe the new dish, Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini, is the one that made us sick. I ate very little, but it still made me feel unwell. My husband ate a larger portion and was much more affected: he experienced intense stomach pain, nausea, and severe abdominal discomfort. It was a very worrying and painful situation.
We also ordered Chicken Tortelloni Alfredo, Chicken & Gnocchi and Zuppa Toscana, although we cannot say for sure which dish caused the problem.
I request that you review the quality, freshness, and handling of your food. I hope you will take this situation seriously to prevent others from experiencing the same issue.

Very welcoming atmosphere and all interactions we had were kind. Food came out quick on a Friday night with no wait time to get seated. The restaurant its self definitely has some wear and tear. Our booth seat and some very low spots, and it was very dusty by the window.
