I came here a couple weeks ago and we were not greeted or even acknowledged. The front staff member did not speak to us and just kept refilling food on the front counter. Two other staff members in the back (one looked like a manager) saw us standing there for nearly five minutes but did nothing. No sense of urgency and my salad was more rice than anything. There was hardly any lettuce on it! We won’t be returning.

USED TO like this place, now it’s just a cold ghostly dirty and unfriendly place to be. Watching how the food gets handled makes you feel not hungry anymore. You got some work to do Qdoba!

Have received undercooked rice from this location multiple times. The last time I was here I asked for extra rice and corn. Did not receive extra and also didn’t receive peppers. They were also out of chips. Staff seems surprised or annoyed when I show up to pick up my order.

We love Qdoba generally but this location needs new management. All the recent reviews are horrible and I know why.
I went in on a slow hour and ordered 3 burritos, I asked for light beans and the employee (you g African American man with short dreads) didn’t acknowledge me at all and poured a huge scoop of beans on my “light bean” burrito. He was pretty rude with the rest of my orders
I got a cup of tortilla soup that was half full, they left half of the container empty. For the price I hoped they’d fill it to the top.
They were also out of Pico, one of the best ingredients in a burrito… They said I could wait but it would be hours. When I asked if I could get a discount or coupon or SOMETHING because they didn’t have my favorite ingredient they said no. They said there’d absolutely nothing they could do.
Such a bad experience. I was nice, it wasn’t busy, and when they said no to me I smiled and wished them a good day, despite zero help. The shift manager (white kid with long blonde hair) was nice but was no help.
Read the reviews before you go to this location. I wish I could have half an hour of my time back and have just gone to another location.

Was awesome per the norm for any Qdoba. Restaurant seemed understaffed and had a lack of options in meats and ingredients and were working as hard as they possibly could. Didn’t take away from their obvious pride they took in their job..

The staff was nice, but they still had Halloween decorations up on 11/13 and the food was gross. The steak was tough and the salsa tasted weird so I couldn’t finish my nachos.

My partner and I ordered food but it seemed like it was for a child. I called the store to complain and the manager only apologized without giving any kind of solution. I feel assaulted paying for an expensive meal for nothing else. I will never compare this place again. bad customer service

The cholula hot and sweet chicken was just hot even huge difference between this store and others. The tortillas tasted weird to be honest if I didn’t eat qdoba as much as I do I would never eat it again after I tasted this today.
