Ordered a Chicago style deep dish, they put waaaaay too much marinara it’s practically drowning in it! Sarcasm aside they usually put a decent amount of marinara, enough where some would fall off after taking a slice. Yeahh don’t have to worry about that with this one! I know what their pizzas usually look like and it sucks that they aren’t as consistent in making them

The pizza was incredibly dry and lacked flavor, with the pepperoni being particularly bland. Overall, it tasted predominantly of marinara sauce. The cheese was stiff, and the wings had a texture reminiscent of frozen, pre-fried options.

I order two meat balls for my dog and ask for plain meat balls because the dog can’t have any sauce or spices. They deliver two meat balls with sauce and i hoping no spices in it. I washed off the sauce see what happens. I was assured that it would be plain. Well if my dog get sick someone is going to pay the VET BILL. No real consistency. Not were as good as IL
I don’t like to write low reviews but thinking it may help. Sometimes not enough cheese. Last time dry and hardly and sauce. One time too much corn starch underneath. Sometimes is really good. I can tell by the weight of box. I would think with low reviews they would correct things and be more consistent. That is what food restaurants strive for.

Being from Chicago, I’m very particular about where I eat/order pizza from. Of the 3 locations I’ve eaten at Rosati’s in the greater Phoenix area, the Peoria location was by far sub par. The pie lacked flavor due to hardly any sauce and it was extremely dry. Dysart and Indian School locations are top notch, and tastes just like back home. I won’t order from this location again.

Absolutely love Rosati’s. I’ve been eating their pizza for a many of years. No matter the location, it always hits home. Classic Chicago pizza. The AC was out in the front of house which is the only reason for 4 out of 5 stars, we ate in house but the staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

We order pizza,wings, cheese sticks, fried mushrooms for the AZ Cardinals game. They were super busy but the food was amazing!!! I was pleasantly surprised that every single item was perfect and so delicious!!! My new pizza place!
