Great service by Jeremiah. He made me a special tropical drink with vodka, rum, and bourbon at my request. Strong and pretty good Hurricane. The fried fish tacos were the best I’ve had. The wings were great as well.

Our Christmas Day dinner at Hard Rock Cafe turned into a truly memorable experience. From start to finish, everything was delightful — the service, the drinks, and the food were all spot on.
The live rock music paired with festive holiday vibes made the evening even more special and lively, perfectly capturing the spirit of Christmas in Key West. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of, which really elevated the entire experience.
The kids absolutely loved their meals, and the Messi figurine toy that came with the kids’ meal was the cherry on top — it made their day even more exciting.
Food-wise, we highly recommend the Margherita Flatbread and the “One Night in Bangkok” spicy shrimp — both were excellent and definite must-tries for visitors.
We wish we could come back here again and again (even though we know that’s not always possible!). If you’re in Key West — especially during the holidays — this is a wonderful place to create lasting memories.

We had an amazing time at Hard Rock Cafe for lunch! Our bartender, Tifany, truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. She was so friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, and even helped me create a drink I’d never tried before — and it was delicious! Her energy and service were absolutely incredible.
If you’re stopping in for lunch, definitely sit at the bar and ask for Tifany. She made our day! Highly recommend!

We stopped by to grab some shot glasses and a few birthday shots. We were at the outside bar and Pedro made us the most delicious Key Lime Pie shots I’ve ever had. Heaven in your mouth is all I have to say!!! We will be back for his next shift to try out his Key Lime Pie Martinis. Absolutely love his vibe. If you’re looking for a great atmosphere and amazing cocktails search no more. Go see Pedro. He’s a keeper Hard Rock!!

Pedro provides amazing service and is super friendly and easy to talk to. He really makes the experience enjoyable and you can tell he loves what he does.

We stopped here while in Key West on Duval St. Service was okay, waitress was nice enough but our order was put in under another table it took us almost 45 mins to get our food. It was just okay.. Dont know if I would pay the prices for a burger and steak fajita. There was very few customers in the place.
