First time trying Culver’s and got to say it was pretty good. Butter burger was fresh and the spicy chicken sandwich was juicy. The fries were fresh and the Cookie dough shake was not too sweet and on the thicker side. The Cod sandwich on the other hand was lacking flavor but the fish felt fresh and juicy. Definitely trying this restaurant again in the travels.

Great place! This is my go to Culvers, they make the food better than many of the other Culvers locations around. The only thing ive noticed though is that the drive thru times often take a while, even on hours considered off peak. Other than that love this place!

There’s nothing special about this place. There’s outdoor seating available and the place was overall clean. The service here was quick and friendly, and took care of us.
We got ice cream here, and my Oreo Ice Cream has good texture and flavor, enjoyed it a lot. There’s many other flavors of ice cream here, so be free to take a carton home! Overall, Culver’s is a good place for Ice Cream.

Yum! Everything I’ve tried here tastes good. My kids and I are also hooked on their frozen custard. It’s so good. Better than Andy’s. Their customer service is also top-notch. Whether it’s dine-in or take-out, you can’t go wrong here. Highly recommend.
Update- it’s still good. In fact, it just seems to get better. So glad we have a Culvers nearby. Great food, great service, clean, easy to get to, plenty of options, and the frozen custard flavor of the day!!!
Update: the Culvers in Brandon has monthly themed kid’s nights, and they are great! So much fun for families, and the food is great for all ages. Also, the flavors of the day this month are insanely delicious. It’s terrible because I’m trying to lose weight, but tomorrow they have a chocolate volcano flavor! This week they had oreo cheesecake and chocolate covered strawberries!!! It’s so good. We don’t even bother going anywhere else for ice cream if we can go to Culvers.
Their burgers also taste fresh and flavorful. Big plus for maintaining great customer service. I’ve been to other places that employ teens, and their customer service is awful, but Culvers did it right. 100% recommend.

Very disappointed with my visit to Culver’s on Falkenburg Rd. I ordered a small ice cream that cost around $5, and it was only filled about halfway. For that price, I expected a full serving. Definitely not the quality or value I was expecting.

We walked in, ordered our food and quickly realized that everybody, including children were freezing inside. We asked more than one employee why the heat was not on, and we were told no one was allowed to turn the heat on. It’s sad to hear kids talking about freezing inside and us being told that the heat is not allowed to be turned on by even the manager. We weren’t told it was broken, we were told it wasn’t allowed! We ended up changing our order and ate in our vehicle.

Hello management, I have a respectful complaint for you: The food and service is not the problem here, but it seems like you have chosen to implement a reward system for the employees where if they get customers to fill out a survey, they get something in return. This has caused employees to almost beg me to fill out a survey, where they almost don’t take no for an answer and it really leave a bad taste in my mouth. Please stop this system because it ruins the visit when employees try to force you to fill out an annoying survey online.

I cannot believe what happened today. My family loves Culver’s. It’s the only fast food meal I can actually finish without getting full. How does someone do this to our burgers?? Who orders something like that? I am never coming back to this place. My trust in this location is shot. We were also missing several other things from our order. I’m so upset and I regret taking a break from cooking for my family all the time.

Culvers Burgers are great, always fresh made. But employees do not listen what you are ordering. last visit ordered extra pickles and lettuce served. Burger had no lettuce at all.
Price for an Double Butterburger with cheese is $ 7.39 which isn’t cheap but isn’t expensive either for the good quality they serve.
Restrooms needs to be checked more often by staff to look tidy and smell good.

I had a wonderful experience with Violet at the checkout today. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Violet greeted me with a smile and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She was patient, helpful, and made the whole process quick and pleasant. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, and Violet truly stood out. She definitely deserves recognition for her great attitude and outstanding service!
