I’m a regular at this Domino’s, but today’s order was hands-down the best I’ve ever had. The pizza was cooked perfectly, exactly the right amount of crunch, and the sauce and toppings were balanced perfectly. A huge shout-out to Walter, who clearly takes pride in what he does. It’s rare to get this level of quality and consistency in fast food. If you’re ordering from here, hope that Walter is the one on the oven!

Pizza is so nasty, not fresh, very dry, they put the special 6.99 to get rid of the ones they did not sale for days. I bought 2, both cardboard hard and dry! I called to see if I can get my money back they said no! In the picture you can see pineapple super dry!
Lately, customer service have been terrible !

Pizza always burnt or one cooked very well and the other burnt. Then no modifications for pasta; sometimes pasta can be dried out after being in the oven for a while so I think that should be optional to add more sauce. Can’t do more than 3 toppings on a pasta but offer BYO option is crazy. I’ll stick to the burnt pizza I guess it’s better than pizza but across the street . As you can see the pizza is well over cooked and the cheese is burnt not enough pizza sauce. Enough is enough the pasta was good but wasn’t enough sauce to get the full pasta experience but 7.99 is what you pay for the pan wasn’t even full of pasta my 6 year old child could’ve finished that off by herself.

I placed an order today through the app. From the time I placed the order to the time it just entered delivery status was over 2 hours. I tried to call the store to see what the problem was and was on hold for 10 minutes with no answer. My order hadn’t even been updated to delivery at that point.
I had enough time to place an order with a competitor and have that pizza delivered in the time it took my order from dominos to go from QA to starting delivery. When the food finally arrived I specifically requested in my delivery notes for contact less as I am sick with covid. The delivery person rang my doorbell multiple times and did not follow my directions.
This is absolutely the worst service I’ve had with food being delivered. Just take my money and screw me trying to find out anything about what is happening with the food I paid for? Pizza was supposed to be here over an hour ago according to your app. I couldn’t call and cancel or get a refund. l not be using your company again.

Came here to pick up my order and saw an employee making a pizza without wearing gloves and got dirty hands and used the screen. When he brought my food, he asked another employee, who had just walked in, to add pepperoni to the pizza. The employee did without washing his hands or wearing gloves. I picked up my food and decided not to eat my food and went to another restaurant. This is my first and last time coming here.

One of the worst pizza’s I’ve ordered. Low quality. Just moved to the area and this is my local store. Will not be returning! Cheese didn’t even melt when I picked it up right out of the oven or reheating it at home. Put in for double toppings and looked regular to me. I just wasted a topping.
