Awesome place! The owner Rob was super friendly, and a Purdue grad. Marcus the bartender HOOKED ME UP when I asked for a wing sauce recommendation! Literally finger lickin good! They were playing BINGO for $25 prize PER ROUND!! Great experience! I’ll be back!

One of my new favorite Indy spots. Reminds me of Harry’s Chocolate Shop. Lots of Purdues memorabilia here. Food was surprisingly good, especially the fries. Great service too. No complaints.

Such a great vibe! Service from Marcus was amazing, and his homemade ranch IS life-changing (as he’ll tell you). So many different spots to chill, eat, drink or play games. Check out their event calendar too! Pizza was delish. Will definitely be back.

I stumbled across this little gem by accident, and was very happy. Prices were very reasonable, the Pizza was excellent. In fact I would go back just for the pizza alone. Friendly staff clean environment..

BEST PIZZA I’VE EVER HAD!!!!…. You must try it …atmosphere is so awesome, provolone cheese on the pizza with five meats they fill it up. Drinks are always great too. My favorite thing about this place is my dad used to come here in the 60s and hang out here and he told me a lot of stories about this place the place got so much character. It’s unreal.

Running around Indy today and searching neighborhoods for local eats prior to heading South.
Found Barringers on Meridian, passed this place a few times but never stopped.
You never know what to expect with small bar and grill settings, it’s on the small side which is ok. Carried a middle class, middle age patronage with a split of a dozen tables or so on the “family side” and 4 or 5 on the bar side that seems to blend together, and of course a bar. They also have a small patio area out back.
Beer was good and cold, a plus.
On to the food…waiter recommended the tenderloin. As an Indiana staple I am always in search for the next best fried, pounded out and breaded pork loin.
Ding ding, we have a winner. Thing was a bit thicker than I like but was the most tender I’ve had, falling apart at times. Seemed double breaded and crunchy edges, made it for me. Went with the standard lettuce, onion, pickle, mayo add american cheese with the overhang dipped in mustard. Served on a soft brioche style bun.
This one beats the RR Cafe in Mitchell In and carries the title until the next best is discovered.
Recommend this place!

Very laid back, Very clean. Menu is good and atmosphere is just perfect. Service deserves more than 5*. You have to try the South Village Chislic. We had a good time playing revel round by Play Life Nation and enjoying ice cold beer. Owner is pretty awesome himself.
